Eddie & K were absolutely wonderful.
Eddie radiates charisma & it’s refreshing not to have a bot on autopilot while providing customer service. They were a very honest couple and ran their establishment very professionally.
I really dislike the bigger establishments like Value Pawn etc due to the half hearted and scam like nature. K was very humble and polite while talking with my wife & my son. Definitely earned my business compared to everyone else around.

Went in today to inquire about a few timepieces, very argent telling me to spend some money because he had the best prices anywhere.
He also made comments and assumptions without even knowing who I was so left the store. I can also say without a doubt that I will never go back to this establishment. I will definitely take my business elsewhere.

The owner is very rude and unprofessional. He is very condescending and definitely talks down to women more than men. He also spoke to what I'm assuming is his wife in the most degrading tone I've ever heard. I would never support this business

The man talked to me in a very rude way the SECOND I walked through the door and proceeded to say what I was looking for was just “plain and boring” I wasn’t even In the store for a minute.

Walked into this store and instantly the guy behind the counter had a cocky attitude. He asked what we were looking for and my man told him a cheaper .308. The man responded in a rude and condescending tone that theirs no such thing as a cheap 308. We had looked at multiple .308’s the day before all ranging from $380 to $500. He proceeded to tell us that they go for over $1,000 and if we found them cheaper we obviously didn’t check the rifling. We are both very knowledgeable about fire arms. He had multiple items in the store far over market value. I will never step foot in that place again. I advise anyone who wants to buy quality items at a reasonable price to walk the other directions.

I was in the other day just to pass time cause I was early for something, everything was super nice in there even the customer service, I asked some pricing questions and the prices were much better than anywhere I've been. There's no doubt I'll be back in this week to at least get ammo and would recommend this place to anyone.

Very rude, No prices on firearms. Won’t sell to out of state FFL’s Reply:Your exact words “I don’t care about your FFL, I don’t ship out of state, my guns stay in Florida”. If the FFL holder is in your store you don’t ship the guns, you should know that. We travel down to Florida every other month, have met a lot of great owners and have purchased thousands of firearms and other inventory. This trip we picked up firearms at two police departments and purchased half the firearm inventory at two other Pawnshops. I stand by my review. We visited over 40 stores this trip and yours was the only bad experience. Good luck going forward, a little constructive criticism can be helpful sometimes.
