Jennifer Schmitz and J.P. (John) Petrone immediately made me feel at home when I walked in their store for the 1st time.
They let me talk in general and be my happy self, then helped me find a couple of products, and let me fill-up my cart with various products afterwards. 2 other cool employees floated by with more good energy. Excellent teamwork. I will return to say hello to them, enjoy their company, and buy some more products again.

Always helpful people in my local ACE and they are dog friendly too! My dog named Rosie asked for and received a treat in turn for buying some ant bait!

Worst Ace hardware ever. I live close by, and rather than support the big chain store I shop here, or used to. After having way too many rude encounters I won't be going back again. Went in today, for an item that showed in stock online and could be picked up. When I asked the first lady she brings me to the completely wrong aisle and item and shows it to me. I was looking for drawer slides and she brings me to shelving and hands me a shelf bracket. I told her that's not what I needed and she says that's all they have. Before leaving I decided to give it another go, and asked the young man at the checkout desk, showing him my phone where it says in stock. He had to bend over first to pick up his brain somewhere, but apparently didn't find it and also told me if the lady said it's not here it isn't. So I guess I'll hit the other big box hardware store from now on, where I was able to get the hardware I needed in just minutes.

What a wonderful neighbor asset! This store is much bigger then it looks. Awesome selection...shelves are full. They have plenty of busy bees running around to help. Special shout out to Edwin & Moriah. You too will be pleased.

Everyone at the Clark Road location is very helpful and friendly. This particular store is less than a mile away from our house so we are there atleast once a week. Edwin is a gem.

My experience at this Ace Hardware started great when my mother and I walked in we were immediately greeted by david and he directed us to what we needed, after shopping around for a few minutes my mom and I made our way up to the check out counter when we very easily overheard your store manager Jen loudly and aggressively berating David infront of multiple customers on what store policy was. David was completely calm and respectful towards the manager. After many words exchanged Jen then walked off. The customer that was being helped at that time then came back and thanked David for his help. When it was our turn to the counter my mother and i had to apologize on your mangers behalf and praise him for how the situation was handled. We then asked the manager Jen to come back to speak with us so she could understand what she did was completely out of place. We totally understand enforcing store policy, but there’s definitely better ways to go about it than yelling at your employees in-front of customers. Jen looked appalled that we had asked her to apologize to David. Jen then looked at us and apologized to us for “ feeling this way” I said no you need to apologize to David. She then gave David a fake apology so we walked out. Something needs to be done with this. Cooperate will be called.Thank you David for all your help today.

I needee to return a product but was outside the 30-day return policy however I had a medical reason and the store clerk honored the return and I was very grateful. I also told her I didn't feel that the product lived up to what it said it would and she said she would follow up with that feedback to her supervisor . Much appreciation to Ace Hardware on Clark Road and Honore:)

Excellent service! I exchanged a propane tank that I had bought at another location one day before and the manager looked up the cash receipt from his other location and swapped the defective tank. Finally no hassle! They earned a new customer for life by going the extra mile!
Now I can try out my new #THOR Kitchens Propane BBQ until I get the natural gas conversion kit.
