I always shop at DG Ace for all my hardware and paint needs, and it’s consistently a great experience. The store is well stocked, and I can always find exactly what I’m looking for. A big shout-out to Austin—he is always friendly, knowledgeable, and goes out of his way to help. Whether it’s matching paint colors or pointing me in the right direction for tools and supplies, he makes the whole process easy. Great service and great people like Austin make DG Ace my go-to store every time!

Only place I go anytime I need keys made! I was there yesterday around 2 and got some keys made and petted the cute poodle that was there! Went to my car and it wouldn’t start! I called a friend thank god he was coming. Meanwhile went back into store chatted with the clerk and then the manager I think asked what was wrong and I said I think my battery died and he said I would have jumped it for you? I was so surprised and felt very happy he offered. Very kind of him. I played with the dog and chatted with them until my buddy came. Very nice people! Ty guys

I was trying to find an unusual piece of hardware. The gentleman at Home Depot sent me here because Home Depot did not have it. I was able to find what I needed. I was surprised that nobody offered to help because this is the trademark of these smaller Ace stores and a real differentiator. I did fine on my own however and appreciate the abundance of hardware stock.

A kind older gentleman, around my age, assisted me. I explained that I was working on some plumbing and couldn't locate the necessary part. He searched, but they were out of stock. He then recalled another part of the store that had a pack with several sizes. It was exactly what I needed. I now have some extras, which I'll likely use someday.

Very knowledgeable staff! The gentleman at the paint booth is my kind of guy. I bought some stickers to hold something rather heavy. He recommended a double-sided tape, and I didn't listen. An hour later, after driving home and trying the velcrow, I returned the velcrow stickers and bought the double-sided tape. It worked great!
