I had an issue that I had to take care of within a certain amount of time and the agent at this office was not answering their phone for a whole day I went to the office and found this person in the office and dim lighting not doing anything, oh and for your information I lost my license because I couldn't take care of this problem in a specific amount of time oh and one more thing it's not the company it's the employee or employees

A truly terrible experience! Rude, short tempered, unprofessional. There are lots of places around to go to for insurance. Go find a different one.

I tried to support a local business and IT SUCKED!!!!! No one ever answers the phone, The company they used, infinity, their customer service was no better. They think YOU NEED THEM AND THEY TRY TO THREATEN YOU WITH YOUR LICENSE, JOKES ON THEM ALREADY WENT BACK TO BIG COMPANY MUCH BETTER EXPERIENCE!!!! YOUR FIRED!!!!!!!!!!

If you need insurance really quick get it get your tag go online and get some insurance that is a lot cheaperI got insurance from him and I kept it too long cuz it was a deductible that was a lot of things it was expensive compared to any place that's why they get a one-star

They make sure to close early without notice so they can hit you with a late fee also awhile ago got into an accident and the insurer didnt even answer the phone i called 3 different times over three different weekdays....since they arent charging me the late fee until next month ill make sure to switch my insurance over else where and they can eat that late fee....
