I had a bit of an emergency situation last Thursday, that needed more attention today. Jacob helped me on Thursday, and once again saved me today! I cannot say enough about this store. They're lovely people, with amazing customer service, and my mechanic who is situated across the street from them, uses them for everything. No wonder! They're awesome! Thank you Jacob!!!! 💖

Thanks Nester and Chris! They helped me out and got me back on the road in less than 5 min. Had a blowout and a battery fail at the same time and had to walk to get help. Great customer service!

FIVE STARS for Nestor!
My husband and I came in on June 18th (his birthday) with a dead battery. We had a great day and just got done watching a movie at the theater downtown and our car battery was dead. It was sad as a wife for this to happen on such a special day, but we got a jump star and drove to Advance Auto Parts to get a new battery. I had gotten a new battery at the end of 2022, but Advance had NO record of it (I got it put in at a Bradenton location - not this one). We tried 3 different numbers, emails, etc. to try and find the record - nothing. I was BUMMED because I did not want to have to pay over $200 for a new battery.
Nestor ended up helping us and he looked at the battery, found a number, looked it up, and discovered it was still covered under warranty. We got a NEW battery and had to pay less than $20 to get it replaced under the warranty! We were SO thankful. I highly recommend working with Nestor as he is kind, patient, and helps you find a fair resolve for the issue!
