I went there for the first time this morning and a bald retired veteran was beyond helpful to me couldn't have asked for more best I've seen in a long time thanks for the help with my battery really appreciate i even tried to give him a tip he said no 1000⭐⭐⭐⭐➕ white Malibu

Bought a battery and saw an additional $25 charge in the receipt.. Employee says "the computer" automatically upcharges a warranty to battery sales.. Call it what you want and I'll call it what it IS: DISHONESTY! You add upcharges and bank on the customers not noticing. This is LYING.. This is STEALING! This is DISGUSTING!

0 customer service both gentleman at the counter were on there phones. When I asked about a part they had a deer in the headlights look and never bothered checking inventory.

$40 for a cabin filter that’s $8 at Walmart or $12 on Amazon. $12 for a push button that’s $4 at Ace or Home Depot. Gtfoh with this price gouging.Update: If price matching is an option, the employees don’t know that. I said several times “it’s only 8 bucks at Walmart. Are you for real with that price?” to which he replied “our quality is better”.. for the same brand?? Quality is better?? This store is no good.

The hours for this store have been incorrect for months. Store employees knew this and had several people inform them of this, and I was told this was something done by corporate despite the fact they knew they didn't have enough employees to run the store.

I know nothing about cars, so when I when my oil light came on, I didn’t know what to do. Since this store was very close to my home I figured they would probably know how to check my oil without me having to worry about driving too far. I went into the store and there were two men sitting behind the counter who greeted me. The store was otherwise empty. I asked if they would be able to help me check my car’s oil - they said it would be better to youtube it. So I went back to my car and YouTubed it. While doing so they came out and checked a person’s battery and by the time they finished that I finally figured out how to open my car’s hood and check the dipstick. I couldn’t find the dipstick on my car which. I continued looking through videos trying to find where it was on my car, but just couldn’t find it. A stranger came out of the store and asked I needed help. I said yes, and he shouted into the store that I needed assistance. After 5 more minutes of searching my phone outside, no-one came out to help. So I went into my car and called a family member for assistance. While I was in my car someone else pulled up and got them to come out and check their battery. I eventually figured out how to check my oil with my family member’s help. The guys working at the store gave no help whatsoever.
