I stopped by on Tuesday afternoon to buy a new iphone 17. The wait to speak to an associate was around 20 min so I recommend allocating about an hour if you need assistance. Philip was very helpful answering all my questions, setting up my new phone, trading the old one for some credit and transferring the data. The security guard who works there is polite and friendly.

All around a great experience. I order 2 new monitors over the phone which made it easy then I went to pick them up shortly after. I showed up before they texted the order was ready but their staff helped me get the monitors right away. They also connected me with their business section who I am still lining things up with.

Couldn't make an appointment online and no one would answer the phone to make an appointment with. I had to walk-in, was quoted 25 minutes to wait, and ended up waiting over a hour and a half to see a technician.

Bad customer service, they didn't give me a solution to my problem, they weren't empathetic at all... their solution was to tell me to get my Apple ID tattooed, (He was a man who spoke English and Spanish. He didn't tell me his name, but I hope his boss sees this comment.)

Huge shoutout to Leslie and Laura at the Apple Store! They were amazing with my parents (who are in their seventies) and took the time to explain everything about switching from Android to iPhone. They were super patient, kind, and made the whole process way less overwhelming.
They even helped us figure out how to use a military discount, which was such a bonus. After we figured out what we were doing with their phones, they walked us through iPads too. Both of them were so knowledgeable and really made sure my parents felt comfortable.
Couldn’t have asked for a better experience—thank you Leslie and Laura!
