The only seller I thought was great was Casey, he is great, very attentive and managed to explain everything without putting in effort look for Casey, he is great He's a good guy, very sincere and great job he does in the store, if it weren't for him I would have canceled my plan but he helped me, congratulations to the salesman Casey

Employee Robert is horrible and an extremely rude. My parents went into the store to troubleshooting one of our phone's long distance - as calls were not going through. In troubleshooting, he changed our plan (which was grandfathered) without letting my parents know and then lied to our faces - telling us he went step by step in letting us know everything he did. I called him directly and he was aggressive and defensive from the started. He ended up hanging up on me when I asked for solutions since he created this problem. BEWARE of ROBERT.

What’s the point in making an appointment when the representatives ignore the appointment time. Came in for a 4:30 appointment time. One guy greeted us, said he’d be right with us and then went on lunch. Didn’t tell us. Terrible customer service!

They signed me up for a bunch of add ons I never asked for that resulted in almost $30 extra per month on my monthly bill. Had to call at&t to have them removed.

Said it would take an hour “to translate” all the information would not help me after 7pm even though there was another guest in there getting help. I told them I just want to buy a new phone. They didn’t want to sell me a new phone. I guess I will handle it myself online. Death to brick and mortar :/

Had problem with texts not reaching me. Lasted nearly a week and then decided to just go physically to an ATT store. Good move on my part: Tech/salesperson Robert at this store was great, responsive and knew what he was doing. I don't write many reviews, but he deserves some recognition. Thanks.

Horrible customer service from Martin. Ended up dropping my phone in the ocean, so walked in this store to get another. All he tried to do was upsell adding another line, and the newest phone. Even though I clearly stated what I needed at least 10 times, and it WASNT another line, or the newest Iphone. I get it, he works off of commission but was not helpful in the situation I was in. Things were taking forever, 4.5 hours overall. We were sitting on hold with the AT&T 611 number trying to get things right on my account. While that took an hour I told Martin he could assist someone else while we were on hold. Well, I should have never said that because he did not seem to come back after that. This man needs to work on his people skills. Thankful the manager of this store was there and checked up on us a few times when he could, or this would be a 0 star review.
