Had a great experience working my estimator Chris. State Farm tried to lie and cut corners but held fast and did things the way Mercedes wants. The right way. Ask for Ryan the tech if you want body work that you can’t even see. I have a pearl white paint job and they did it better than before the accident. Will certainly be back with my other cars as the need arises. Good people here.

I was rear ended at a stoplight in my 21 Mercedes C63S AMG and it had some cosmetic damage to the bumper. They completed the work in about 2 weeks and the finished product looks good on the exterior but I stopped on the way home to get groceries & when I opened the trunk, the rug is missing and components scattered throughout unassembled.
Since they were closed I called the next morning and my estimator was not in the office yet and the person on the phone said they’d call back that afternoon… and never received a call.
Upon picking up my car they were so adamant about me providing a “10” rating on their internal survey as anything below is considered a “Fail”, this definitely constitutes a fail because there is nothing more annoying than having to waste my time dealing with service providers that don’t get things done right the first time.

I was very disappointed with service.. I brought my 2024 Mercedes for dent, first they couldn’t fix it right, second time they changed the bumper!!! ? .. I don’t know if they did, it seems to me still problem there , I brought it back , now I have small black dots , I wash the car but .. I am not happy with there service..

I brought my 2024 Mercedes, It was a small dent they need to fix but I have to bring my car back several times to fix the issue, I was washing my car and I can see small black dots all around the car.. I was very disappointed….

Not happy. I went with autonation due to warrenty damage to my 2019 Honda Hrv that Honda was PAYING. They were not very good at communication and their service was awful this time. I've used you guys before but this time really annoyed me as it seemed i had to do the he said she said thing between you and Honda and seemed like autonation didnt really care or was in a hurry in getting my car back to me. I don't know if I will be using you guys again in the future or referring you guys to other people. Customer service was bad and lady at the front desk had a horrible attitude. Recommend using a different body shop when doing warrenty work.

Never use this center! they treat your car like trash. My car was left outside their building for 1 and half month with the doors and engine hoods open!!! When I open the hood, the engine and battery and everywhere were covered by leaves. The most disgusting thing is there are many ants inside the car. I killed more than one hundred but still a lot crawling. So disgusting. Apparently my car was just like an abandoned car in this center. Also they charged you bloodily.

The facility does decent body work but they’re very sloppy. My car was brand new and they managed to make the interior look way worse due to them messily blowing compound on the door and frames. They also overlooked completing work that my insurance adjuster outlined on the original inspection. After addressing, they did fix the problems, however, it was stressful dealing with auto-nation.

I stopped in requesting a quote. The guy I spoke with said he would email it to me next week. I filled out the form but never got the quote. I placed a followup call that next week and spoke to the lady up front. I told her that I had stopped by, was supposed to receive a quote but didn't and would still like that quote. (They did have the form that I filled out.) It is now 6 days later and I haven't heard anything. I wasted a good week waiting. Ohh well, I'm off to another body shop for a quote. These guys may be great at bodywork and such but my interaction with them was not good.
