Stores kool. That one tall black dude with the sunglasses has horrible customer skills. He will be picking his teeth, on his phone, back to you and won’t greet or even ask how he can help. Idk how he still has a job. I’m going to advance auto cause picking your teeth at the register is disgusting!

I went to turn in a battery for my husband and the lady at the register was absolutely rude! She asked for the receipt and I told her I didn't have it and my husband had bought it 2 years ago. So we looked up his account in the data base. And nothing like he never existed. My husband had bought so many parts from AutoZone it's ridiculous. And there was nothing on his account. And I told the women there is a mistake and she said there is no mistake. There database holds every transaction that you buy if you have an account. And I told her that he does and she straight up said no he doesn't and never did.

The Asian employee is very rude.. I had to go to the an other place in lookwod ridge to have a good costumer experience. It was last Sunday at 7 pm

I just needed a bulb for my motorcycle. The kid at the counter took a full ten minutes to complete the sale for the only customer in the store, who also was buying a pack of bulbs. I wanted to ask the manager for help, but he was busy. I waited patiently. The manager became free, and a lady rushed over to him first. Irritating, but fine. The kid at the register finally manages to finish the transaction, and asks me if I need help. I show him the bulb, and he points to the bulb section. I explained that I looked but could not find it, he again pointed to the other part of the store. I repeated that I looked but couldn't find it, and I don't work there, and I don't know if there is something else compatible. He again says that what we have is in the bulb isle. At this point I am steamed. I waited patiently for almost ten minutes just to be told to look for myself??
I ask, "so if I literally cannot find it for myself, then I am out of luck?" He either misread my meaning or was intentionally being difficult, and, again without even looking at the bulb, reading the part number, or making the slightest effort to be helpful, says, "Yes."
God, damned, infuriating.
I don't know what they pay this kid to do, but it can't be for that.
I considered briefly buying an led fog light and mounting it on my motorcycle to make due as a headlight but frankly I was so absolutely angry by then I couldnt think straight.
Talk to your employee. Please.
Previously I have had wonderful experiences at this store.

Very poor customer service, and very unprofessional. Ryan was useless in trying to solve the problem that their incompetent employees created. Ryan make sure that he told me that he didn’t care about my complaints.I would highly not recommend anyone to keep doing business with them …😡😡😡

Dark hair lady with a big gut acted like she didn’t hear me then like she didn’t understand, then took 2 minutes just to crawl off the counter she plopped her self on to go get the diagnostic reader what a joke

I was lucky enough to he assisted by Julius, he found the right WS wipers and even installed them for me. Hard worker, excellent attitude, he is one of the reasons I won't buy auto parts any where else.
