This bank branch is highly unprofessional. I've been waiting on an answer as to if a document will be accepted for a week now. I was told I'd get a call back. A week later I've left messages that have gone unreturned and they don't answer their phones. All this to set up an estate account. The document is in no way expired but they only accept them for one year due to their internal rules. Not like I can have them reissued by someone dead. My rep Janice was rude and unprofessional, and does not follow up on promises like a simple phone call. Took 3 people including the manager to literally get nowhere and be a waste of 2 hours. Will never return to this branch.

Why can't this branch take my social security number to get money out of my own account? I set up a digital card but they couldn't even use that because it didn't work

As a non-BOA customer I have to pay $8 to cash a check? Seems ridiculous. No wonder I stopped being a customer.

Amazing service! Spoke with a gentleman who truly seemed to care about the debit card issues that I was having, and did his best to help resolve them.

Today was routine visit inside the branch to deposit a check into our business account. The teller was very nice and helpful. The amount was over her limit, so she had to get approval from her manager. While waiting for approval, the system went down. Once bank up, the manager decided she didn’t want to take a chance on depositing our check. She stated the words were too close. She did not apologize for my inconvenience and was slightly rude. I’m big on customer service and today’s experience fell short.

Gloria was my person who helped me out she was amazing and super helpful if you need to go to the cattlemen bank of america. I highly recommend asking for her. She went out of her way to help me.

People are very rude in this location, and not helpful at all , especially business advisor , I believe Jaclin her name, would not willing to help. Have been customer for 20 years . Very disappointed

Business banking they constantly put holds on deposits!!!!!!!!!!!!! Never had a deposit returned. Never had a hold on a deposit with any other bank! Will no longer do business with BOA?

This location is the closest to my home, and I gave them their final chance today. They have proven numerous times to be unwilling to help me or my husband. I had to withdraw a medium/large amount of cash today and they refused, but traveling another 15 miles, the other BOA branch was able to immediately assist. Don't come here unless you want to be disappointed.

Nasty teller, was rude to me more than an hour till closing and she acted like I was inconveniencing her. They also charged me $8.00 to cash a check, one of their checks.

I deposited bonds with a teller. I asked if cash was instant, and she said yes. I then asked if the deposit option was instant, to which she replied "I just said that". The deposit option was apparently not instant, as a hold was put on it (as is standard). I then asked her if I could use the funds the next day, to which she told me to "shut up and let me do my job". Incredibly rude, I asked a total of three questions, was very polite, and got no information whatsoever. She apparently didn't understand my question of whether or not I could use the deposited money immediately.
