It was my first time visiting Barbie’s Boutique and I was very impressed with the prom dress selections, more than any other place we visited that day. Erika was very helpful and provided my family and I with a great experience and I walked out the same day with my dream prom dress. Highly recommend!! Thanks Erika for all your help!

We got there at 12, it was supposedly supposed to open then. Waited 20 minutes, called the place multiple times. No one answered and ended up leaving.

Barbie’s Boutique is my go-to place for beautiful, elegant, and personalized party dresses. We've bought wedding dresses, cocktail dresses, Quinceañera dresses, and Damas dresses from here. Erika, the owner, is very knowledgeable and hands-on, ensuring we were satisfied with what we needed for my sister's wedding and my daughter's Quinceañera. I highly recommend Erika and her two stores, one for brides and one for Quinceañeras.

My daughter had a very specific dress she wanted for her Senior prom. Barbie’s Boutique is this cute pink store you can’t miss. When I walked in, I was immediately helped by Erika. I showed her a picture, and she found THE DRESS she could order for us. From the beginning, her communication was excellent. She responded to my messages and she let me know the status of the dress along the way. We feared it wasn’t going to arrive in time and she assured us it was not a problem. The dress needed some minor alterations and even those were done perfectly and promptly. While she does have a great selection to choose from in her store, she can also order for you as she did us. We were very happy, and my daughter looked beautiful.

I love this place! Everyone is so nice and helpful. I got a dress for my quince 2 years ago and now just bought my
prom dress here. It’s such a pretty place inside and they have so many options of beautiful dresses. 10/10 place :)

Horrible service!! Ms. Erika (owner) treated me horribly disrespectfully. I paid for alterations before receiving the dress and the day it was delivered, one side was shorter than the other. In addition to the fact that the straps were too big, the owner herself tried to fix them. She was very rude and raised her voice at me and said "DON'T MOVE". When she said that, she pulled on the leash and I almost fell to the ground. It has been quite a traumatic experience. I don't recommend this place. Photos attached so you can see the poor job the owner of the place did (it is supposed to be done by the person you paid for the alterations)

AWFUL! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! If I could give zero stars, I would. My mom and I went in to get a “Mother of the Bride” dress. Erica, the owner helped us out the first day. After spending the money and PAYING ALTERATIONS IN ADVANCE (Do not pay for your alterations in advance here, they’re awful!!!!!), she was so rude to us. My mom went to try her dress on after alterations and the hem at the bottom was shorter on once side as well as the straps not being fixed. After my mom asked nicely to get it fixed, she started pulling on the straps of the dress, with a lot of force which almost caused my mother to fall, and Erica yelled “Stop moving!”. She proceeded to do that two more times until my mom had enough. My mom took off the dress and had Erica do a terrible job at the straps. I hate giving bad reviews but when there’s physical and verbal attacks, you deserve the bad review. (Please see my mothers review in Spanish as well with photos for evidence)
