After searching 5 years for my dream fishing boat, I knew Barker was it the first time I saw one. Kevin Barker and the team not only made me feel like a valued customer, but part of the Barker family. Kevin worked with me on many calls and visits to help ensure I got the best possible boat for me, then offered for me to visit throughout the build process, which I did...... often. The passion and pride in their product was obvious every visit from every person we met, and they were always happy to make the multiple changes I made every week. The quality and craftsmanship are second to none. The ride is outstanding, it quickly converts from a fishing beast into a party boat in minutes, and even has a toilet. If your interested in a hand crafted piece of fishing art, all I can suggest is take one for a ride.

My 2019 Barker Boatworks 26 Open was delivered to me September 2018 and now more than two years later the boat has been everything I had hoped for and more. In almost 200 hours of operation literally the only thing that has gone wrong is a single blown fuse on the battery charging system. Otherwise, the boat has been perfect. We use it 70% for fishing (inshore and offshore) and 30% for cruising. Highly recommended.

Cant say enough good things about Kevin and his team at Barker Boatworks. The ride, speed and yacht like finish is what sets this boat apart from the rest. The customer service that Barker provides after sale is second to none. Anyone in the hybrid bay boat market needs to give the Barker 26 a hard look. I know after 4 years of owning one I'm still amazed by what it can do! Thanks Kevin and team!!

I bought my first Barker 26 Calibogue Bay a little over 2 1/2 years ago. I was very happy with the experience from point of sale and delivery to the exceptional service after the sale from Kevin Barker and his employees. The quality of the Barker is outstanding...What sold me was the comfotable ride and handling, it is 2nd to none. My boating needs changed shortly after the first year and we decided to build a 26 Barker Open. During our build process there were many challenges that were unforeseen and out of control for all. We took delivery of our Barker Open at the end of April 2020 and it is even better. It has been my pleasure getting to know Kevin Barker and the whole Barker Boatworks Family in these unprecedented times!

On my 4th boat purchase from Kevin over 10 years, Kevin Barker has always gone over and above to put up with my attention to detail! I am on my 2nd BBW 26 and can say without a doubt it is the finest boat I have ever owned. The amount of pride Kevin Basirico and the guys in the shop put into these boats is unrivaled.

Barker boats are built with the best craftsmanship I have seen. I have fished both inshore and nearshore in the 26’ open and it is flawless. Also had the opportunity to fish it a week In the keys.

After no progress on boat build ...got nothing but excuses and false promises. Filed Chapter 11 on April 5, 2019.....took my %50k deposit and stopped returning my calls.
