Stopped in to buy some children's books. They have a whole, very organized children's section. This is a beautiful store with a great selection of reading material. Located right across from the UTC mall with a big parking lot.

This place is beautiful. I came in with my baby in a stroller and some family. We were not loud but there was plenty of room for all of us to hang out. We grabbed a coffee and looked around. I really appreciate the bathrooms having a changing station! We did ask for help from a few ladies for books we were looking for and they were very helpful searching with us and giving us some book recommendations. We love coming here it’s great for the whole family.

This Barnes is much more like a bookstore than normal B&N. It had a great "corner shop" feel, which was fun. The selection is smaller, but worth it

I was on a waitlist for a book that I was waiting on for a Christmas gift for a week. They told me they would call me when the book was in and I waited all week because they said they would call me as soon as it was in. The rude woman on the phone told me that they sold their last one last night. When I told her I was on a waitlist for a week, she said they were waiting on a shipment. So, either she lied, didn’t check, or the store didn’t call me when the book was in. I could have ordered it online but wanted to go through the store because I was told it would be in before Christmas. This is unacceptable. Please tell your employees not to lie to customers.

I used to love visiting and purchasing from my local Barnes & Noble, but the truth is, they really can’t compete with Amazon. I recently went in and wanted to purchase a book i was interested in. When I looked up the book on Amazon, it was 18 dollars. When I went to Barnes & Noble, it was 42 dollars. Between that and gas, it just isn’t worth the trip anymore.

Great location. Nice, calm environment for kids and adults.Nice staff, easy parking right in front of the front door. Wish there were some seating areas for kids to read.

Had the absolute WORST experience at this store today. I’d like to thank the employee, Meghan, for making my 3-year-old daughter cry. I hope upsetting an innocent little toddler made your day. First and LAST time we will ever step foot in this Barnes & Noble. P.S. If you don’t want kids to touch the toys, don’t put them in the kid section. I’m still so furious over the situation!! I never thought I’d feel this insulted and upset at a bookstore!?!

I love coming to this Barnes & Noble as there is a lot of seating to just sit and read, or even do work on the laptop. There is a huge variety of different books and everything is very organized. However, I've noticed that the books here are more expensive than many other bookstores.

Smells like a bookstore! Great feeling inside. Reminds me of years ago when bookstores were popular. Had to get a least 1 book.

Love this little book store! Especially the fact that they have a place for studying, and coffee! Join the rewards program as well and save big!

The employees are always in a rush to close the store. They begin to patrol around and intimidate customers because they want to leave and have poor customer service skills. Nice location, not enough Christian books, staff is unfriendly.

This is one of those remodeled stores with very little branding, which makes it feel like an independent bookstore even though it's the exact opposite. I really enjoyed wandering around this space and the staff were very helpful.

With the price increase to the B&N Membership, I have chosen not to renew this membership. On my last visit to this B&N location, I was given a B&N Rewards card. I told the cashier I was not interested in the membership and they assured me there would be no charges. I was lead to believe it was a rewards card like many other businesses offer.Upon reviewing my most recent credit card statement, I found a charge for $25… for this card! It seems this is the fee for this rewards card and B&N charges it a full month before the existing membership expires.Luckily my credit card company was aware of this scam. I hope you are as lucky. Oh, I’ll still use B&N in the future… but only as the ‘showroom’, if you will, for a company called Amazon!!!
