THIS IS THE SECOND TOOL THAT I PURCHASED AND IT ARRIVED DEFECTIVE. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS WORSE THAN THE TOOL ITSELF.THIS COMPANY DOES NOT RETURN MONEY AND DOES NOT GIVE GUARANTEE FOR THE TOOLS.AND IT DOESN'T MATTER THAT WE ARE WORKSHOPS.I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO BUY HERE.LOSING TIME AND MONEY IS HIS SPECIALTY.

I've gone through this place to get quite a few tools for my business. We always work with Randy, he's a genuinely kind person and is very knowledgeable about the tools being sold. Easy to find location.

We bought a crank counterhold bar for our shop. The dowels fall out very easily. I called to purchase replacement dowels, and they will only sell you an entirely new bar... no support for the tools they have already sold you. When we purchase another bar, or any other shop equipment, it will not be from Baum!
