I was having issues with elbow tendinitis and arthritis and went to see Michele at BeFitSRQ for Class IV cold laser therapy. The treatment has helped immensely. In addition, Michele is also knowledgeable with stretching and strengthening advice. I highly recommend seeing Michele when life's aches and pains need attention.

I been going to Michelle for several years for weight training exercise, she knows what kind of workout you need for your body. I enjoy all the talks, laughs and advice she gives me. Recently I've had a stress fracture in my right foot and had to wear a boot , Michelle used her deep tissue laser on my foot and I was out of my boot in 2 weeks. I really appreciate the private state of the art facility of Be Fit SRQ. Michele is highly professional. I came to Michele with lower back pain. She has design a customized strength training program to develop my core. When it comes to fitness I realize that there is a right way to maximize your results! At BE FIT SRQ you can count on getting all the muscle groups strengthened! On a personal note... Michele is able to see when I am not approaching a particular exercise correctly . With her professional and personal approach I know it saves me from potential injury by doing it the wrong way! So if you want to get fit! I highly recommend Michele @ BE FIT SRQ!!!!

I've only been working out with Michelle for a month but I already feel stronger and more flexible. Ive lowered my body fat percent from 28% to 24% and gained a pound of lean muscle. Make sure to ask about the inbody Michelle offers to see a detailed description of your body composition. Whether you're a power lifter or never picked up a weight before I highly recommend booking a session! With efficient sessions only 30 minutes long, this can be worked into anyone's schedule

If you want someone that will give you a stronger body and have fun doing it, Michele is the perfect person to do that. I have been working with her for a year and I am a stronger person and have enjoyed doing it. Michele will do more than having you just lifting weights, and that means that you might be doing exercises that you have never done. She will customize your workout so that you will be stronger in the areas you want to strengthen and is very careful to make sure you are not doing something that might injure you. Michele will use humor, wit or any good technique she can think of to motivate you. I give Michele a very big 5 star review!

I've been exercising at BeFitSRQ every week for almost four months now, and I must say that I have never felt better about my body than I do now. I have more muscle definition, more strength in my body, and a more positive outlook of my body which, in effect, has helped my self-esteem. As an 18 year old teenager, this is indeed quite a feat that I feel compelled to share with others. Having Michele guide me through various exercises in such a compassionate yet encouraging manner has proven to be absolutely delightful. When I first began exercising at BeFit, I could immediately tell that Michele has a genuine passion for physical training. The energy in her studio is so vibrant and uplifting that I feel compelled to work harder and harder during my sessions. As a matter of fact, I look forward to work out every single week (almost to the point where I jump in excitement as I receive a confirmation of my appointment in my e-mail inbox). Since I began my sessions at BeFitSRQ, I feel more comfortable in my own skin. Most days, for me, it has now become a regular occurrence where I find that I am looking in the mirror staring at myself and thinking, "Wow, what a handsome devil this man is." Then I realise that this 'handsome devil' is me, and I smile at the fact that I look at myself in a loving manner. Not only have I gained more muscle definition, but I've gained a sense of self and become more body-positive. I never thought that I would make it to this point in my life, but thanks to Michele, I can now say that I am closer than ever before to getting there.

What an incredible workout with a trainer, Michele, who never takes her eyes off of you! So you never "hurt" yourself and she pushes you to unexpected goals! Beside herself, she offers Dr. Hsin Hsin Hu, an acupuncturist, herbalist and truly caring person who figures out your ills and helps you get healthy! Then of course, a yoga teacher, Mary Kane, who for me was teaching me to breathe, somehow I forgot! Need a massage, just ask Michele and she will gladly help you find the right massage therapist, to soothe the aches and pains of life. You need UV protective clothing, one stop shop, and it is beautiful with a variety of styles and colors to choose from for the amazing body you are working on. Diffusers for the essential oils, Michele offers, so when you get home to relax and hydrate you can calm the mind and body with a choice of the most perfect smells. Do you think I love this studio, you BEFITSRQ!

Words can not even describe how wonderful three days at Michele's BeFit SRQ made me feel! After speaking with one of Michele's clients about Hsin-Hsin Hu and her cupping techniques I decided to set up an appt. and give it a try. Hsin-Hsin spent over an hour 1/2 on her cupping skills making sure I was comfortable. She educated me on the functions of the organs of the body and sent me home with Chinese Herbs. I can really feel the difference after a week of the herbs. (My food cravings are gone!) The following day, I made time for yoga practice by Mary. Mary spent the entire hour holding poses, correcting when needed and was very encouraging the entire time in a very peaceful setting. I loved her selection of music - so calming - by the time I left I just felt so chill! I also worked out with Michele, who has been training me for a year now. Michele has got a great eye for what your body needs and what it is lacking. She not only listensto my complaints and worries about my back, but she gives me great advice, watches and makes sure I am doing my exercises properly and safely by guiding me. I really like the hands on feel I receive from this fabulous trio of Michele, Mary and Hsin-Hsin. I truly feel with the combination of all three involved I actually worked out the inside of my body to its true potential and feel great on the outside - Thank you Michele, Mary and Hsin-Hsin. Michele, I love the additions to your studio!! BeFitSRQ is my new prescription for heath!!
