Ordered a new gaming pc and placed it for curbside pickup was out very swiftly and the worker even gave me some tips for game services to look at for games 5 stars for sure made the trip effortless.

Just beware that when you go to get repair/help on something here they only really want to help with things that make them the most money. I know because my mom went here for a simple problem & she called me to speak with staff on the phone. They pretended not to know how to help her till I mentioned the steps needed & then suddenly they were expert level geniuses and filled in all the blanks. Just FYI

You can find everything there but today, many of the shelves were quite empty. But I like walking around these stores looking for new things.

I can’t speak highly enough for Dan in appliances. He is the most helpful and knowledgeable about the latest and greatest product offerings and helps make a major purchase a pleasure. He is so kind and explains the products and features so well and makes you feel at ease.

Went to the store to look at a 3 d printer. They took my name and said someone would meet me in the department to show my the one on the floor. After waiting 20 I left. No one ever came and I couldn't find the printer the web site said they had in store. Waste of time. Won't be back!

They need to really put people who knows what their talking about. Great customer service but knowledge of the product are clueless. If they don't know about a problem just ask another associate but don't try to figure out a problem with a fake hypothesis.

Had the equipment I needed but the setup now since covid is horrible. Check in at the door and someone might come see you. I had to wait 15 minutes to get someone's attention to unlock a cabinet to get a tablet. Then the person with the keys didn't have much knowledge. The staff here just looked sloppy and unprofessional.

I’ve called four times answer the question about car, audio and keeper, setting me to some other department. I try to ask for a human being, and it says press two to be departed. But worst telephone customer service on the planet. Even worth than Comcast. Going to get my part somewhere else.

BE AWARE of open box phones. Was looking for a Samsung Flip 4 and after searching for a few days, one popped up here in South Sarasota. It was an hour and 15 minutes drive from me but I thought it was worth it, only to find out it was a WASTE of TIME and GAS. The pickup was great. The phone was locked to the previous owner through a Google account. It had 2 previous stickers and mine was the 3rd. I thought something was wrong but being Best Buy and not a private seller what could go wrong? I thought of testing it there but the battery was drained. Took a while to charge. Looks like it keeps on getting return because is UNUSABLE!!!! Called the store and was told to go to a near one which was in Brandon. Here I spoke to the Geek Squad and they said there is nothing they can do and just get a refund. Went to the cashier to get a refund and begged her not to sell this phone again as looks like it keeps on getting return for the same reason. She laughs and said there is nothing she can do. Feel bad for whoever is going to buy this phone next. In all this, not even one apology or a sorry for wasting my time! I am so disappointed. PLEASE BE AWARE NEXT TIME YOU BUY A OPEN CASE PHONE FROM THESE PEOPLE. Wish can give more stars .. order was ready in less than an hour when placed online and pick up was AWESOME!
