I had a great experience with this storage facility. The front-desk staff was amazing. Jenna was super friendly, patient, and incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. She made everything quick and easy, and her positive attitude really stood out. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for reliable storage and excellent customer service!

I had an amazing experience with this facility! From the moment I arrived Jenna was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. The property is extremely clean, well lit, and secure, which gave me total peace of mind while storing my belongings.
Access is always easy and convenient, and I appreciated how well maintained the units and grounds were. The team goes above and beyond to make the process smooth, whether you're renting short-term or long-term.

Carol and Sue could not have been more accommodating
The only reason for the four instead of the five is that I had to rent 2 units side by side instead of one large unit. Very grateful that they reached out to other locations.
Fortunately and unfortunately post Milton and Helene storage units are at a premium. Grateful to have found a great staff with climate control.

Made the best of a very bad situation due to unit flooding from Hurricane Debby. Gene and Sue were very professional, compassionate and went out of their way to make this situation the best it could be.

We just signed for storage today, Susan was the person who helped us with the process in Sarasota, Vey profesional , kind and fun. It will be really nice to get to see her and say hi every time be come. Thank you Susan for all the smiles!

We have 3 units and have had a wonderful experience! Sue the manager is fantastic! She goes above and beyond, and was able to keep our monthly rent manageable on our first unit when we rented 2 more units. She is extremely friendly and welcoming. We wouldn’t store anything anywhere else! Very clean, spacious air conditioned spaces if that is what you need as well!
