I’ve been to many yoga studios in America and India (where I studied yoga for 9 weeks). This studio is first rate and there is also a friendliness and cohesiveness that makes me call this place home.

This Bikram yoga studio is amazing. The space is beautiful- incredibly warm and inviting with awesome energy. The teachers are exceptional and extremely knowledgeable. This studio is truly a gem and I highly recommend it! Namaste!!

We chose our vacation location based on the studio, it's proximity to downtown hotels and local beaches. We went five times in a week, and we are so glad we did. The studio is cozy, the owners and teachers are welcoming, and all the people are so friendly. We will definitely be back!

Bigham Yoga Sarasota is the best studio I have ever experienced. It's like a extended family everyone cares about each other and the teachers are awesome. The owners have done a terrific job including their own yoga practice.

I go to this studio almost daily for authentic, unmodified, original 26 & 2 beginner series hot yoga. All classes are 90 minutes. This yoga method is life-changing. “Never too old, never too bad, never too late, never too sick to start from scratch once again.”
