Horrible customer service. Zero follow through on requests, never retuned calls. Very rude. Owner dodges calls and never accepted responsibility for his staff.Paid for maintenance service, which I doubt they even did properly did. No accountability to repairs needed on machines they deemed and certified as good condition during install.Do not waste your time or money.

Will never use this company, this driver almost hit me this morning! Completely cut me off no turn signal or anything. Then proceeded to speed past me probably going 20+ over the speed limit to cut me off again. Then waved to me out the window yelling like I did something wrong. So unprofessional considering they are driving a company van. Pretty bad for business I would say. I will never recommend this company to anyone ever.

Black Jack Air quoted me $14,000 to repair an old air conditioning unit and when I said no and asked how much a new unit was they quoted me $7000. Half. When they installed the new unit they changed the terms of payment on me and posted two crewmen in the front of business. I will not do business with this company ever again and I advise others to stay away.Service: Air conditioning

We use Black Jack Air for residential and commercial work, and we have been very pleased with both aspects! Debbie is very helpful in their office, and the technicians they’ve sent out have also always been very nice too! I trust them, and I know their work is top-notch! We’ve actually used a few other companies at our business, and Black Jack Air has been one million times more knowledgeable than the others!!
