I was up over 70% in October sales because of Bloomerang and Art Conforti. I am so thankful we met when we did. I wish it all sunk in earlier but I see it working now, and I am on it. Bloomerang, aka Art Conforti has years of broad \u0026 insightful knowledge of our \"peculiar\" industry. I've had other companies fall short and at greater expense to me. Leading his team he has discovered some of the most ingenious programs: (1) to incentivize us as business owners; (2) to reach down into our staff performance; and (3) to keep finding creative ways to attract new customers and retain those \"we think\" we already have. He doesn't do this once in a while. Every month I look forward to his latest upgrade. Bottom line, increasing revenue is their major objective. I'm a good marker having gone from #27 on a back page to a consistent #1. And with multiple accounts, Art continues to remain personable enough to keep up with my many concerns, so he'll just call with, \"How's it going?\" I like that. I'd encourage anyone, big or small to join this team. Keeping it 100... he'll take you up!...and up!!....so what's next Bloomerang!!

I had a few challenging issues from Mother's Day with customers. I took your advice on the gift card with added credit to keep the transaction and future transactions with us. It Worked! So far building my website has been a great experience and now we’re working on SEO. Art spent a lot of time with me over the phone explaining things in detail and took a genuine interest in my goals. The Bloomberg team did a great job also designing the layout and wording properly on the website. They are very professional and Im looking forward to the future with bloomberg solution!

35 years in the Floral industry and I am still learning valuable lessons. Who says you cannot teach old dogs new tricks. I am one of those old dogs and I am learning how to balance on a rubber ball, baby!I am so pleased with how my $27 Tuesday emailer went last week. I cannot wait to see how well it performs this week(we'll see). On Monday, I get 100 sunflowers on a standing order. To be honest, I was holding my head in my hands last Monday, wondering what the hell I did to myself. The email sent last week for $27 Tuesday and the funeral site orders I was able to use up all the back sunflowers and take a good bite into this weeks. The funeral site is really starting to send traffic to my site and converting. Sometimes specials are not about making alot of money. Sometimes they are simply to get the products in balance. This situation showed me one huge thing, that you can 100% make money on specials by using what you have!! I appreciate and know how much you truly care about my business. I wanted to share my experience with Bloomerang Solutions. I met Art when he called and needed a diver to work on his boat. We met so that I could do the work and we got to talking about how my company works and the things my company does. As we were talking I find out that Art has Bloomerang Solutions and he explained what his company does and how he helps businesses like mine. I was interested since my company needed a better online presence. Within a day or two Art and his team has a draft website and YouTube channel so that I could see what things would look like. I was very impressed and has a list of questions. Art and his team had no problem answering my questions and showing me what I needed to know. I moved forward and they made my website and YouTube channel. Within a day I had my first video. Now a couple months later anything I look at online to do with my type of work my company is there. I am amazed at the results that I am seeing. You can call a lot of other companies to work on online presence but honestly I do not like to call and go through all the voice prompts to hope to talk to a live person. I just call Art and talk direct to the team that takes care of my business. If you are going to work on your online presence Art and his team at Bloomerang Solutions is the way to go. Any promise made was honored and any call i placed to them was answered. Cant ask for anything better.

We've worked with Art and his team at Blooomerang for two years now to help us manage our social media and improve our website SEO. Results have been extremely positive. Our website traffic more than doubled along with a substantial increase in organic discovery. Bloomerang has been very efficient in analyzing website content and rank indicators, and making/suggesting improvements as needed. They know what they are doing and are very ethical to work with.

The owner of this company left a bad review on our page, simply because we use BloomNation, and was highly unprofessional with us during our phone conversation. While I do find Art and his company to offer great resources for florists, personally defaming shops that use BloomNation is horrible. The simple fact is, the claims this company made about BloomNation is not true. We do not like to leave bad reviews, that is not who we are, but why should we receive one where the owner is lying about our business, simply because we called out an unethical move.
