I bought a Subaru Outback touring edition from Bob and it was a super easy process. NO BS. I should have known when I asked him online for a VIN number and he linked right to their web post for the car. He gave me all the info I need and was super kind. He even tried to arrange a ride for me to return my one-way rental car. Thanks again, Bob!

Bob showed great customer service. He had to order a part for the driver side front seat for my wife’s Mercedes. He was very apologetic to us as we were waiting over a week for the part. He offered us a car to use while we were waiting.
