I've been a customer of BMO Bank since they took over Wachovia Bank ~ around 2008. I used to love this bank, but their turnover of employees is worse than McDonalds. Every time I visit my branch bank there's a new manager and new tellers. Lately the new manager there treats me like a criminal...asks me a zillion questions. No relationship building with her...just the "get out of here" attitude. This morning I went to go deposit a $27,515 check and she said "it's too big"...basically thought I was defrauding the bank. What used to be a great bank is now the worst. It's a BIG job, but I need to change banks...I'm done being treated like a gangster. Be aware!

Love when collecting their trash through Waste Management they honk their horns to get a parking spot in the employee area before we get back in the truck while giving you a rude look. I guess doing our service for them just goes to show they're not respectful to their customers and won't have a care for giving them a job.

This is a garbage bank. The employees don't know what is going on. Your online banking never reflects the true balance and they are not trained properly. One employee will tell you one thing and another something totally different. They have lied to me enough! Banking should not be this hard

Open a account with this Bank was so easy. The person the help show me all the benefits from each account. The even take me step by step in how to setup my online banking account and my mobile app. If you thinking to open a account in this Bank ask for Ashley Blocker. She was the one the help me. Really nice and really professional.

I absolutely LOVE this bank and the employees at this branch! I had a problem with my last bank. The app and balances were inconsistent. I literally had to write down my transactions and do the math myself. I decided to check out BMO Harris because it was close to my house. I am self employed so I make a lot of cash/check atm deposits so the location was convenient. I love the fact that the minute I swipe my debit card anywhere I can instantly see the transaction on my app. There are no late posts, which can be easily forgotten and interfere with your expected balance. The employees at the branch call me every so often to make sure I’m not having any problems. They are great. I wanted to open up a savings account and expressed that during the last call I received. They went over my options and took care of everything for me. The employees go above and beyond for their customers!

I just used the ATM (Sunday morning). It went through the whole process, but the cash door didn't open and I didn't receive my money, yet it deducted it from my account. Now nothing can be done until atleast Monday according to customer service.
