“The silver lingering behind an unfortunate accident!
This good news story is about an unexpected accident that happened (not our fault) just as we were preparing to store our vehicle leaving the area for an extended period. Bad luck turned into good luck by being referred to Perdigao Auto.
We had loads of reasons to be worried including the short timeframe before our departure, plans we could not change, concerns about availability of parts, etc.
Somehow everything worked out thanks to the solution-oriented, quality-minded Julie and the Perdigao repair team.
On so many levels, service was exceptional. Outstanding quality of work, respectful and responsive relationship with our insurance company, regular status updates to us virtually, photos and videos showing the progress of work done and then making arrangements for delivery of our vehicle to our reserved storage.
Each interaction was friendly and positive, to the point where we’d almost wish to have another accident knowing this outstanding family-owned company would be taking care of our beloved Mercedes convertible.

“I have left several reviews in the last 6 months very clearly documenting my journey with my first Jaguar. Mine happens to be a 08 S-type 3.0. Recently had an ABS and Gearbox fault code causing my braking system to operate incorrectly. My front suspension had been shot which I was aware of however the quotes I was getting at other shops to correct it were extremely expensive. Already got taken by Tire Choice (the worst) for a rear brake job that took them 3 weeks to complete. All that being said, Dan at Renaissance Motor Cars not only diagnosed and figured out my problem in a day, he was able to also fix my suspension for a much more reasonable price as well as getting me back on the road in only a couple of days. Can’t tell you the peace of mind you guys give me. My Jag now purrrs and roars. Thank you!!!”

“My mom had two small bumps, both her fault, so we had to find an affordable way to fix up the car to keep her looking good. I don’t have before pics, but you can still tell, they did a million dollar job. I wanna point out they really cleaned up her headlights too, which she’s been wishing for years to do! The whole car sparkles and they buffed out every scrape and fixed up all the details like it’s brand new. It will keep her feeling great about it to drive it for much longer and will help the resale value for sure. The price was totally reasonable and they got it done quickly with great communication. “We worked with Vinnie's to have our car fixed after a significant crash. I wish I could give the team 10 stars! They helped us work with the insurance company (who tried to total our car even though it was not necessary, just more convenient for *them*), and the team at Vinnie's fixed the car during the holiday season. Beyond that, it was a stressful situation for us and Keith provided guidance and patience the entire time. We will be referring Vinnie's to anyone in need of assistance. “I was in the automobile business for over 27 years. During that time I visited MANY service departments. Ed Howard Lincoln service is what every new car dealership service should be. However, this is the only one that I have seen like this. Lenora greeted me when I came by with my 2020 Lincoln Nautilus and could not be nicer and efficient. I had the opportunity to meet Travis and he too is very impressive. Lincoln mobile unit was at my home today and Jeff was on time, professional and super nice. This is one dealership that I wish I could have worked for when I was in the business. Take care of these folks Ed, they are rare.”
“I was referred to this shop from a good friend about 8 years ago. Best thing that ever happened. Steve, the owner is a down to earth honest guy and does an excellent job. He has a smaller shop but puts 100% into everything he does. That being said your repair is not going to happen overnight if you want an excellent job which is what Steve does. If you are impatient and don't care about quality this place is not for you and you should go find a MAACO. My wife hydroplaned her new Lexus SUV years back and Steve had it looking new and perfect in a week. My father is older and gets into small fender benders quite a bit unfortunately but he is a steady customer and brings his Tesla there and with no fail, Steve comes through and the car comes out looking new. Be careful with some of the negative reviews left here as some people are very impatient and appear to be too young to understand the dynamics and logistics of auto repair. Delays can and will happen due to uncontrollable supply chain issues which is not the fault of the shop. Believe me, you won't be disappointed.
