I woke up on October 10th to find my roof damaged by the branches blown off the oak tree next to my property. I contacted 3 highly recommended roofing companies. I heard from one company right away. On Monday, October 14th Bone Dry Roofing sent a technician to give me an estimate, it was fair and reasonable. Max did a thorough examination of my roof and attic to be sure I didn't have any water intrusion. I accepted their offer; the roof was repaired when I arrived home from work on Tuesday, October 22nd. The tiles used closely matched my 5 year-old shingles that have been discontinued. I highly recommend Bone Dry Roofing, the entire process was smooth and seamless.

When it comes to stuff like this, I'm a careful shopper. After talking with friends and doing some initial research, I contacted three companies to get quotes. Bone Dry was the company I had heard the least about and I hadn't remembered seeing an advertisement for them. Shaker was the rep from Bone Dry who came to the house and I could not have been more impressed. She spent lots of time getting photos in the attic (not easy access), some time on the roof and then inside looking at the ceiling where we had a leak in the past. She was the perfect combination of professional and personal and patient - I had lots of questions. In the end, the quotes were pretty close, her customer service put them well over the top. The best part was that everything she promised actually happened. The end result was amazing and I was "in the loop" throughout the process. Lots of photos during the work and no surprises. I was so happy with Bone Dry, I recommended them to a friend who is having a similar experience right now!

The communication was great between ERIK and myself sending me pictures updating me on what they were doing.
I am very pleased with the work They did, very polite ,cleaned everything up. Nothing not even one nail was found.

Bone Dry Roofing quickly responded to my call and determined what was needed to repair our gutter system. They quickly added us to the schedule . Staff is friendly and knowledgeable.

I was impressed from the start with Bone Dry Roofing. The initial assessment was completed thoroughly and professionally by Shaker Haas, who really took the time to diagnose the leak correctly. During the repair process, I was updated with photos and, when the repair was completed, I was sent lots of other photos detailing the professional work that was done by PJ. Great communication from the office staff as well. I feel great knowing that my roof was repaired the right way by people who I can trust.

Good communication, good work and done on time. I had to have all the screws on metal roof replaced. Their receptionist is also very nice to deal with.

When recent heavy rain revealed
my roof had a bad leak Bone dry roofing responded immediately to cover my roof.
No charge.
An inspection was arranged for the next day. Based on the damage documented in writing
and with photos a detailed quote was provided including potential extra costs that might be apparent after starting the roof removal.
The repairs ended up being more extensive. they took care of all of the work quickly including all permitting and inspections
This is a very professional and trustworthy roofing company and I recommend it.

Bone Dry Roofing did a great job on putting a new roof on the front side of my house and I am pleased with how it looks. The roofers were pleasant and answered any questions I had and did a good job of cleaning up when they finished. I would recommend this company to anyone needing a new roof or repairs.

Bone Dry was prompt with assessing the leaks in the roof above our garage. The issues were verified with photos.
