The worst service i have ever seen the lady there barely knows English and anything about the plans and company, also it says closes at 6pm but we got kicked out at 4pm they said they are closing this place sucks never go here instead go to the one on Washington 100% better in every way

I arrived at the boost, mobile repair and computer store on bee Ridge at 5:20 PM on this Friday, 15 of December Google Maps listed their hours as remaining open until 6 PM closing shortly they were not open in fact, it looked like the store was shut down and in fact was not shut down. However, they closed early on a Friday

Super bad service says that they will be open at 9:30 and they will be open at 9:30 and their queue will swell. I don't recommend if you don't like your job that you don't work??

I went to other place to fix my phone, and they just offer me a new phone, fortunately, the store staff was willing and able to help me with my phone, I have the talkback on including viruses in my phone and they fix it.

DO NOT GO THERE! This is the worst BUSINESS I have ever experienced. I should have realized when she didn't want to even let me explain the problem. She (Kim) absolutely can't/won't communicate with you to find out the issue. Then she tells you to leave because you're "using up her time." When she called to tell me it's not fixable--that it's corrupted?--I was on my way and came over to the shop. When I asked her what was done, she looked at me, mimicked me, stuck out her tongue and laughed. I closed up the laptop (even though I didn't know how she left it) and picked it up to leave. She asked me where I was going. Then she told me she gets paid $75 an hour. I said she hadn't fixed anything. When I tried to leave she yanked me by my pursestraps, then yanked the computer, grabbed it, and locked the door. She was holding my PC captive! I had to call the police to get my computer back--and ended up paying money to get her to release it--as negotiated by the police. DO NOT GO THERE!

I agreed to work for Kimberly for 1 week. During which she said she would work it out so I could buy the business. She never w2 me or payed me. She never filed any paperwork for me to take the business. she says. I owe her money for not selling products and services at a 3x markup. she never told me to mark up items at this rate. I used the $75.00 an hour rate posted online and the business wall. I did nothing but quality service for the customers that came in. she left me there alone to do all the work. Then claimed I was stealing and refused to pay me. She then told me to work off the money I owed her. This man pretending to be a women is a con artist of the worst kind. She has installed exploitable open source software into almost every computer she has ever worked on without the owners permission if you are a previous customer of Kimberly and have software called open shell installed remove it. Last week my laptop suffered a hard disk crash. From the moment I called Computer Repair, Inc., technician Dik Deemer provided fast, friendly, and expert service. The female repair person seemed out of it. Drugs? She couldn't figure out how to get the cover off my Dell desktop. She moves really slow. After ten minutes dealing with her, I took my machine and left. Total waste of time. Just go elsewhere.

(No stars.)This place Put Boost Mobile To shame.They are very rude, over priced, junk products, nọ customer service and very unprofessional on top of it they are thiefs. Spent $250 on a junk phone that was picked up from the dẹsk and put in a box to look new but I was watchin. That's why they wrote in pen on recipt " final sale nọ returns" and folded up and stuck in box not to see. Which I thought was grimmy as heck. They $250 phone wasn't properly set up and was very outdated and needed 28 apps updated. THE PHONE WAS still registered in someone elses name. When getting home the phone wouldn't work at all. Then went back three times and problem wasn't fixed. They call the phone over and over and it works there and they say the phone works fine see. So they were calling me a liar. Then saids the towers are all down, which is lies. Very rude to start speaking spainsh to eachother when ur dealing with a customer. On top of it the lady very under dressed looking like she was going to stand on corner not very business appropriate. I highly recommend not taking or buying anything from here. I'm shocked as to how they even stay open. I used to like boost but my service is done here and I'm sure this will take many others with me.
