We like to mention the fact about our real-estate agent Lynn, who is purely professional from start to finished.She listed our house for rent, and it was fantastic, always answered any questions I had along the way and was always courteous.. Provided recommendations to correct the contract when needed, and even helped share contacts for repair people in case of emergency.The service is top-notch, far beyond what I expected .Knowledgeable and we always felt she had our best interest at heart.She is professional and very skilled photographer.Communications with her were excellent and she have very fast response time and keeping us up to date on every upcoming detail. She does always respond when she say she will and always do what she say she will do. Went over and above the call of duty on many occasions.We are completely satisfied and very happy with her professional opinion .Amazing superb service and I would highly recommend to everyone.Definitely I will hire her again in the future.

Lynn helped us every step of the way in the home buying process. She’s very professional and have a wealth of knowledge in the field of real estate which made this process smooth and simplified for us. We loved her checklist that she provided that listed all the steps before closing and weekly check ins that kept everyone informed and on the same page. She made us feel like we were the only house deal she was working on as she was very responsive, very knowledgeable , sweet, kind and available 24/7 for any questions or concerns we had. One of the homes we loved got sold as I was completing the offer paperwork and Lynn took the time to write me this beautiful email and got me looking at homes again. We truly loved working with her, she genuinely cares about her clients and loves what she does!! I would recommend her to anyone. She’s gained a forever friend in my family.

Lynn Brock's years of professional experience in the real estate industry and of living in Central Florida make her an ideal agent for buying or selling a home in the area. My husband and I began our search for a home in Sarasota in early summer and closed in early August. Very abrupt and rude is all I am going to say. Unfortunately it’s your loss because I was looking for a realtor to find me a nice home and I was paying all cash. Be nice because you never know
