Tonight I had the bad experience of having to tell a cashier to please speak to your staff because she spoke to my son in a tone that was not appropriate for a child under five because the child was near the metal where they put the hooks. It was not the way to speak to him since my husband was calling my son's attention. I approached her as she was leaving the locker room and asked her if she was the one who was speaking loudly and I told her please if you have a problem with the child tell me or his father because a 2 year old still doesn't pay attention to strangers and her way of answering bothered me even more because she was not polite at all. I told her that she has to speak to the parents so that they can control the children, not to speak loudly to a child. A very bad experience provided by the lady who is in the locker room. I can understand that the children do not stay still but the tone was not appropriate.

The girl by the cashier barely speaks English. She throw every item in a bag . She didn’t fold any of the clothes . Awful service.

I give it one star I went to return something I didn't have the receipt the guy at the checkout called the manager a very annoying American woman I gave my passport from my country I don't have a FL ID and the woman was very unpleasant saying that only an American passport they accepted any passport It's an ID

The vast majority are good. The one I don't like is the Cattleman one that looks like you're walking through a cage of clothes that will fall on you at any moment.

The quality of their products is not as good as it used to be. For instance they used to sell high-end men's suits at a good discount but now there's not one to be found. The kids that are at the counter are nice but they don't know what they're doing or what's in the store.. very disappointing.

You cannot navigate your carts through those aisles they are too narrow. And fix your air conditioner it was so hot in that store I was going to put my item down and leave.
