Trust, integrity, honor are all words we hope to associate with our bank. We desire to feel our bank is guided by these ideals since we entrust our heard-earned money to them. Last year I paid 6 month's worth of homeowners association condo dues, at the condo office, with a credit card. I received my receipt and thought no more about it. A month later, the condo association informed me that my credit card company had pulled the money out of its account. I contacted my credit card company, and they stated they had done no such thing. Cadence Bank, who handles the banking for this condo association, had pulled my funds from the condo association and sent my money to another bank, with which I have absolutely no connection, and without my authorization. At Cadence Bank, the manager for Association Services has been looking into this issue for months, but won't refund my money. The branch manager of Cadence Bank won't return my calls. The corporate office supposedly has investigated this situation, but has not contacted me with a status update or refunded my money. This has been going on for a year and is still unresolved.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, SAT ON HOLD FOR 10 MINUTES TO GET A PAYOFF FOR A LOAN AND THEN THE YOUNG LADY THAT ANSWRED CAN'T EVEN HELP. TOO LONG OF A PROCESS FOR A LOAN PAYOFF!!!!

My favorite bank -- it is refreshing to deal with a smaller bank where the employees know your name, your story, and genuinely care about you! I would highly recommend the team at the Links Ave location in Sarasota FL.
