Brought my BMW XM there after being side swiped on the highway. The staff here were very personable and professional. The repairs were done quickly, I was kept in the loop throughout the process and the work was perfect! It’s the first time I left a body shop and didn’t feel like I got taken. I highly recommend!!

These guys do a great job of coordinating seamlessly with the insurance company. They had my car in immediately and finished the job in 3 weeks looking good as new. They did originally underestimate the time it would take but I had expected that. Thanks for your work.

There was a little initial mixup with trying to get my car in to be repaired. Once that was resolved, Everything went smoothly. The staff was very polite and professional. They explained everything. My car was ready days before it was promised. I didn’t even need a rental car. It was a Great experience. I only wish that my entire car could have been painted. I took it in for a front bumper repair and that’s the only thing that was fixed and painted. Insurance did not approve to have the entire car painted and the cost to do so without insurance assistance, was very expensive. My Repaired front bumper looked like a brand new car’s Bumper from a car dealer showroom. If I had had my car entirely painted, it would’ve looked like a brand new car

This place is excellent. My car was fixed very quickly. Not to mention I was given text updates daily about the status of my vehicle and what to expect. The entire staff there is great. I especially want to give props to Chris the technician and person who was looking over my vehicle. He was very genuine, nice, and professional. My vehicle has never looked better.

My experience with Caliber Collision was nothing less the extraordinary. From the very start, Kara was amazing. She communicated with me on a daily basis regarding the status of my repair...and when I had questions, she answered them expeditiously and thoroughly. When my car repair was completed, ( earlier than expected) I was absolutely thrilled with the results. It was hard to believe that Caliber could do such an outstanding job! My sincere gratitude goes out to Kara and the entire Caliber team. I will not hesitate to recommend Caliber Collision to anyone who needs repair/body work on their vehicle. If I could give 10 stars to this company I would in a heartbeat. Caliber Collision is simply AWESOME!!!

Unfortunately, I had the need for a body shop due to a fender bender. Boy was I glad my insurance company sent me to Caliber Collision here in Sarasota,FL.
I dropped my car off on a Tuesday morning and was told it would probably be ready in about 9 days, which would be the following Thursday.
Wow, was I surprised when they notified me on Monday that my car was ready to be picked up.
How did it look? Great. You would never have guessed it was in an accident. It looked better than when I purchased it used and I thought it looked great then.
Thanks Caliber for doing such a great job. If I am ever in need of body work again, you will be on the top of my list and I will recommend you to anyone who needs their vehicle’s body work done.
