WOW!!!I believe the woman I spoke to her name was Joy, I think your business would do a lot more revenue without this person working for this company, wantto talk about rude, unbelievable. I don’t think I’ve ever been spoken to the way she spoke to me. You know I thought this company was here to help people get medication at a cheaper price. You seriously need help with customer service,Maybe you should reconsider who you hire to work for your company. Several months ago I had spoke to a young lady who was/is working for your company, who is very pleasant I don’t recall her name but apparently she’s no longer with your company, that’s a shame.The way Joy speaks to customers I’d rather go elsewhere to buy my medicine.Good luck with your company.
