“We just completed a whole-house installation of LVP flooring purchased from Your Flooring Warehouse. Shortly after the installation began, we noticed an issue with the flooring. Andy and Tyler came out to the house to inspect the job and determined it was due to a defect with this specific batch of the LVP. Andy went back to the manufacturer and filed a claim on our behalf, successfully getting a refund on the product and for the cost of installation, with a very quick turnaround. Tom Schneider installed the new flooring along with all new baseboards throughout the house. The outcome was a complete success. The new flooring looks and feels great, and the installation went without a hitch, all due to the service and support we received from Andy, Tyler and Tom. Everyone was very easy to work with and they all went above and beyond to address our needs. We would highly recommend Your Flooring Warehouse as a source of supply and Tom Schneider for the installation.”
“We had a great experience with Chappie’s Carpet & Floors all around. We worked with Cesar who showed us lots of different options, listened to our needs for the space, and helped us make a great choice. We redid the floors of a condo with beautiful and durable LVP. Cesar answered all the questions from our complex about the materials used to dampen sound so our neighbors wouldn’t be bothered. They were on time and professional with the installation. We are very happy with the results and love our new floors. Thank you to Cesar and to Chappie’s for making our experience a great one.”
“I was a bit overwhelmed with the variety of Luxury Vinyl Plank products. The owner was extremely helpful in helping me narrow down the choices. The installation process was smooth and painless and the price was very competitive. I would definitely use them again.”

“I'm so glad I reached out to this company for laminate flooring in a bedroom. Jeremy was a pleasure to work with. The product is excellent, the instillation was fast and precise, and the cost was very reasonable. Would highly recommend them.”
“Professional and very knowledgeable. Helped us immensely when it came to identifying the right flooring for us. 10/10 would recommend. Like an easy button for carpet.”
“This company stands behind their product and installation. I had a small issue about a year after installation and they were extremely easy to deal with and sent out a crew to repair. Their prices were very competitive also. I obtained 3 quotes and they were the most reasonable. Thank you to Skylar for all your assistance to make this a seamless and stress free experience.”
“Outstanding service from showroom to installation. Scott was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. Very pleased & thoroughly enjoying our new carpet!”

“The Sales Rep., Aracelis, was a pleasure to work with. Even with the delays on my end, she was extremely helpful. She outlined the paver installation, and it was done exactly that way; the job was FANTASTIC, including the clean-up. I will be using them on a commercial site shortly and expect the same quality work they are known for.”
