I went to this store to make a return. I showed the cashier my original receipt and clearly told her I was returning the items. She proceeded to scan everything and asked me to insert the card I originally used. After doing so, she said something looked wrong and what “looked wrong” was that she had actually charged me again for the items I was trying to return.
She told me, “No problem, I’ll fix it right now,” and trusting that she was being honest, I thanked her for noticing the mistake and correcting it.
However, when I checked my bank account, the transaction was never corrected. That’s $115.52 basically given away to them. Very disappointing.

Marelin is amazing. Beautiful inside & out. I walked in today short on time and needed a last minute outfit for my toddler. She helped me shop and got me exactly what I needed. Marelin, thank you SO much for being so kind and special.

We visited the store as we have a new grand baby and need help with what to buy. Marelin had greeted us and was very knowledgeable on what our new grand baby might need. Thanks to her help we found everything we needed and the time shopping was very enjoyable! I wish other store had a Marelin in them!

We received an email stating all our items were ready for pickup My daughter in law went to the store today 8/12/25 with the BARCODE in hand (directly from carters) and they kept telling her those were return barcodes when the email very clearly states use the barcodes below to pick up. 3 emails stating the same information!!! They only gave us 2 out of 4 items and they kept saying to check that it was probably canceled. The emails clearly stated when the ship to store arrived there. Then The Manager said you need to let us know if 2 different orders. The EMAIL Carters sent had it all on one order so how would we know any different. Very rude behavior from what was supposed to be a manager. She told me next time I had to be there or she had to have the barcodes. WE HAD THE BARCODES!!!!!!!!!! This manager should not be in a CUSTOMER SERVICE ROLE!!

I shopped at this store with my baby on Tuesday. When we got to the register, the cashier was very sick coughing and sniffling. I should have left my items at the counter but decided to buy them trying to keep a distance. 2 days later my baby was in the ER with Covid and now my husband and I have it. Did she give my baby Covid? Unsure, but you would think a store selling baby clothes and with employees being near babies that they would have a policy about coming to work sick.

Yesterday we went to a Carter’s in Orlando and were so well attended to that it motivated us to get a Carter’s card. They told us we had a 40% discount to use in the first 24 hours at any Carter’s. Today we came to use our discount at this store in the Mall and the attendants didn’t even know what we were talking about! We were very poorly served today! It was a terrible shopping experience, very different from the brand’s proposal!

A lovely lady Anisa helped me and my wife with great customer service and helped find christmas and thanksgiving. she was very specific and sure on what to buy when I wasnt.
