I honestly expected a service like this to take days, but his punctuality and attention to detail completely changed my expectations. I had an incredible experience with Castillo’s Towing Company! It was very late at night when I needed help, and they still answered right away with excellent customer service. They were patient, understanding, and made sure they knew exactly what I needed.
The driver arrived quickly despite the late hour, was extremely professional, and handled my vehicle with great care. You can tell they take pride in their work and genuinely care about helping people during stressful situations.

If you ever need a tow, do your self a favor and call the right people, it’s stressful enough to deal with car issues, the experience I had couldn’t have gone any easier. Bc I have a new vehicle, it had to be towed back to the dealership, which was 54 miles from where I live. I was so concerned long distance towing would cost me a lot, but he gave me a pretty good deal. From the time I called, till they arrived was less than 25 minutes. When they arrived, they were very pleasant, polite, communicative and professional. I’d give you more than 5 stars if I could! Thank you so much for your help today!!

I was really impressed with this tow company. They answered the phone right away and showed up in less than 20 minutes, which is almost unheard of. Super quick, professional, and on top of that, their rates were cheaper than the other companies I called. Definitely my go-to from now on.
