My mom and I have adopted 2 cats so far from here and the employees are so kind and make the process a breeze, the pet shop has a variety of things a new cat owner could need to get them started, and the shelter is clean and the cats are well taken care of. Both of my cats were very healthy and had no behavior issues! ?

I love this place! I got my cat here, peanut, and he is the best cat ever. Sometimes he can be a little skittish, but he is really affectionate! The cats look healthy and well loved. Will definitely adopt another cat there.

My young adults went to the Cat Depot and were so impressed with the awesome staff, the cats, and the surroundings. The little doors allowed the cats to go outside when they wanted to. The areas were clean and the cats were well cared for.

Cat Depot’s Cat Care Clinic is fantastic. While it is attached to Cat Depot adoption center, it is open to the public regardless of whether you adopted your cat from there or not. Both Dr. Cunningham and Dr. Kalt are excellent. They are punctual, knowledgeable, gentle, and take time to answer all of your questions as a nervous cat parent. I love that the facility is dedicated entirely to cats, which also cuts down on some of the waiting room chaos. The front desk staff, namely Maggie and Garree, are welcoming and great at managing incoming and outgoing patients. Sienna, Mikaela, and the rest of the vet techs we have worked with are wonderful as well. The treatments, procedures, medications and related charges are always spelled out and very fair. Vet visits with your kitty are never fun, but they make it as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Thank you for your trusted and compassionate care!

Several years ago, we adopted a Savannah cat from Cat Depot. We were so impressed by their staff, the cat facilities and the cleanliness that we began to volunteer. This week, I dropped off donations. I had not been there in several years. I can honestly say that the staff is just as nice, the facilities are just as wonderful as it was several years ago. Good job!

I came today to hopefully pet some kitties and hopefully adopt. They told me I couldn't pet any cats unless I filled out an adoption application, which I did on the spot. They then told me they were not willing to adopt to someone who lived out of state, and I said that's fine, I will just volunteer to pet some kitties, I understand. They then told me that it would be a complete waste of their counselors time to allow me to pet a cat. Do not go here, their website states how they would love people to come in and help socialize their animals and that is absolutely not true whatsoever. They will only allow you only if you are able to adopt. They specifically distributed flyers to my timeshare stating how they would love people to visit. Do not give them a dime of your money and I will be making sure all flyers are removed from my timeshare. I'm in tears because I drove 45 min out of my way to hopefully see and pet some cats but they were so incredibly rude and horrific. I will never give them my business and neither should you.

So I truly believe some people shouldn't work in customer service around other people they don't know how to talk to them and or treat them. I went to the cat depot today to try and adopt a kitten for my new home I was unaware that declawing was harmful an instead of telling that the counselor Kim decided to very rudely tell me that my application was denied her approach an the way she spoke to me was very disrespectful an rude. Thank you to everyone else there who was nice an understanding.
