Avoid this place like the plague. In the past I went there for a simple PM and they came back with all kinds of issues that were unneeded and even did extra unnecessary work ran up the bill without consulting with me first! With no apologies even argued with me. In my stupidity I went back for a simple DOT inspection and they came back telling me I needed brakes, calipers etc.. The truck was just at the dealership for new tires and PM but they don't do inspections. They surely would have told me if the truck needed anything. Trust me Certified Fleet is shady hope you don't have to learn the hard way. I could say more but just going to leave it there.

Ashley did a phenomenal job at keeping me updated about the repairs to the two trucks we had in service. Even with me calling in and pestering her for updates she was more than willing to assist me, and give me the necessary updates. It allowed us to manage our day better, and keep things at bay. Huge advantage to using them over other options in the area. Crushing it with compassion, and communication.

We were broke down on the side of the road in our RV and Certified Fleet sent a mechanic to address our situation. He had us follow him back to his shop where he immediately began to diagnose the problem. The service writer Ashley was extremely helpful in helping us get a rental car to get home until our unit could be repaired. Johnny came out to the waiting area and gave us a best case scenario and a worse case scenario. Of course we prayed for best case scenario and Certified Fleet delivered on their promise. AWESOME service and awesome employees and very reasonably priced. We will definitely use Certified Fleet services for future needs. Thanks guys for working with us and being so kind. Joe and Darlene
