I thought that the poor reviews must have been exaggerating but no.... I just set up an account with a rude business banking manager, Diane, who took 45 mins and then the whole Chase internet/app was down, without warning or an end time for restoration. Avoid!!!!

Don't have a problem with this bank. I love the tellers there. Avoid Nancy, she's very rude and unprofessional.

Very Rude Mike Pine. I was trying to open a business account ( with appointment) with 95k. Mike Pine no even say Good morning and when I said I was a Client He said very rude: Doesn’t matter if you are a client, I’m gonna take you because the another teammate is not here for your appointment and stay rude with every question that I was making, I just say Thank you and I didn’t open the business account. But I don’t understand why this kind of rude attitude with clients that only go 2 times per year. Bad bad service!!!

It would be difficult to conceive of a worse bank. At some point you almost think you're being pranked,Every transaction I attempted to add to my online bill paying got flagged, my account shut down, and a 45 minute discussion with someone in India.They are excruciating.

Hands down the worst banking experience I have ever had! Run, don't walk. Their fraud detection service leaves you talking with reps in India every time you make a transaction. Asked to speak with someone in America and was informed that I'd simply have to live with it. No I don't have to live with it.

This bank ate my cash deposit of $508 tonight and it is not showing up in my account. Now I have to pay interest on a credit card I was trying to pay off tonight. There are no 24 hour phone numbers to call. Tried for an hour to find some human to talk to.All this after I opened a brand new credit card with them this week and have been a loyal banker with them for 10+ years.Pissed!This is not the first time their atms have failed me. Going to be finding a new bank this week I guess.

The tellers are awesome. Idris (sp) is a fantastic banker but I haven’t seen her in a while - Avoid Nancy like the plague. Genuinely nasty. Decent branch

This bank is impressive in that its the first establishment I've seen with such a low average rating - and its a bank at that. Tellers are great! The bankers are awful. Seconding Mike Lyons review - except it happened to me twice in one day! Both times I gave up and left. Avoid Nancy.

Moved to Chase from Bank of America and I regret it! If you are running a business this is not the bank for you. They keep running this crazy checks on every transaction and if they feel that for some unknown reason they don't like something, they just cancel the transaction or even block your account leaving you no way to run your business. I suffered severe losses by not being able to pay in time for my merchandise.

I’m a chase private client yet I was made to wait 25 min to speak to the chase private client woman, who then dismissed me to an inexperienced new banker who was still learning ( she had told me to wait for the experienced one from the beginning ) , and made me go to the teller afterwards , to pay off a large amount of the remaining mortgage . If this is how you treat chase private client then I will take my money and go to another bank . Mht

Horrible customer service. There's an old lady, maybe the manager, she's always in a hurry, trying to make her self important, she discusses personal information in front of everyone and is not polite at all, she is rude. Chase is a good bank but unfortunately at this location (3511 Clark Rd Sarasota, FL 34231) they made a bad decision with that "person".

Takes 2 seconds to update Google that the location is temporarily closed. Whether its a few hours or the whole day. Or put a big sign at the curb. Saw so many elderly customers getting out of their cars confused why they couldn't get in the bank. Understand things happen , but communication is key
