Radiant Striping parking lot sealcoating and striping was recently invited to re-stripe the handicapped parking stalls. They made it a breeze to work out here, and everyone was so friendly, and I always loved working with their team.

I bank with Chase for both my personal and business banking needs. Every time I've gone into this location, I've been greeted kindly and professionally. A while ago, I was having an issue with a vendor and the payment methods they accepted and the staff/manager (I forgot his name) did their best to assist me. When they couldn't (not their fault), they let me sit in their lobby as long as I wanted to deal with my situation on my phone. That said, and this has nothing to do with the location itself, Chase put an unreasonably long hold on a check from a client (about 12 days) despite the funds already being deducted from said client's account at TD. I attempted to get the hold released early with their India-based phone customer support with zero luck. I've never had a bank hold a check (interest free might I add) for that long. Completely unethical and unscrupulous. I hope Chase gets investigated (Wells Fargo style) by federal agencies like the FDIC. Hence, my 4-star rating. Again, I applaud the manager and staff at this location for their professionalism and this isn't their doing.

Unhelpful and not knowledgeable about banking policies. Normally, when making deposits, the teller will tell you to use the ATM because the funds will be immediately available, and if the teller deposits it, it will often take a business day.I asked the teller today at the bee ridge and Lorraine location if the same holds true for a personal checks. She said she didn’t know it’s up to the system. I asked if there is a manager or someone else who might know the answer to my question… she said no one knows, it’s just up to the system. Teller made no attempt to try to ask someone else or find out for me. Gave up and went to another branch.After visiting another branch, it seems that someone does know, as the teller at that location was able to give me a thorough and informative explanation of how the hold would work on my check and provided a number I can call to try to have the hold released earlier.
