I needed a new battery for my MacBook. Edward was helpful and ran a diagnostic test on the spot. No charge. Within minutes he ordered me a new battery and said Wayne will install it and calibrate it. I was very pleased with the knowledge and efficiency of my visit. Thank you.

Eric in Service is so smart and funny and knowledgeable and Spencer just finished customizing and orientation with my new MacBook and had the patience of Job! Struggling to find the time and energy to venture over to the Apple Store at UTC to have my Mac Pro repaired, I instead went to Computer Advantage, based on a recommendation from my folks. I am so happy I did. They greeted me right away and I was in and out of there within minutes. After diagnosing my problem, they called me a day later. Based on the extent of my repairs, I decided it made more sense to purchase a new Mac Air. I was so impressed with their customer service and showroom, I decided to purchase my new machine from them. I also learned that they are a family owned business, which solidified my decision further. I recommend Computer Advantage to any Apple consumer for both repairs and new hardware.

I prefer this establishment for all things Apple. Their technical department is knowledgeable and reliable. The sales staff is helpful but not pushy. They treat their customers as intelligent human beings instead of morons to be tolerated. It’s the only place I trust.
