My husband had trouble communicating with his doctor’s office to receive the Covid vaccination that we wanted before a trip since we are over 65. The pharmacist that was extremely busy took time to reach the doctor’s office and resolved the issue. We are do grateful for his help.

We split our time between Ohio and Sarasota, and have our Rxs filled at both places. My husband sometimes causes confusion by calling before they're due for refill. The pharmacist here is AMAZING. She always figures out the problem and patiently solves the issue. We appreciate her kindness.

The pharmacist was concerned about my allergy symptoms, to my daughter’s kitten. Came to the aisle with me. Recommended certain drops, for itchy watering eyes, and an antihistamine for the overall symptoms. I used the drops as soon as I got to the car. They woerked like a miracle! Highly recommend this pharmacist. ❤️

I want to express words of gratitude to two pharma technicians: Thomas and Cameron(I hope I remember and spelled name correctly) who were able to help and fill my prescription last minute.
I was in pharmacy 10 min before closing.
Urgent prescription was sent there about an hour earlier. But it wasn't filled.
There were only 2 ppl infront of me in line. One was almost done when I arrived.
I got opportunity to get to the counter 3 min before closing time.
And one of the technician told me the didn't fill my order yet and to come tomorrow or to go to Bradenton to 24/7 cvs.
It got me so frustrated. My kid needs it asap.
Another sleepless night for my child...
Thanks to two amazing young men who did help me in their 3 min of overtime while their colleague tried to send me to Bradenton and stated they are closed.

Everyone at the pharmacy, the pharmacists, the pharmacy assistants, the front counter are the kindest, most helpful people you ever wanted to meet. They help with virtually any questions you may have and ALWAYS with a smile. These people are my heros. I know I can always count on every single one of them. Edit to add: 10/5/24 - Anna is another employee of this pharmacy that is so sweet, so caring, she took the time to talk to me about my situation with my telehealth providers - (I have a severely autistic 3 year old that makes in person therapy appointments impossible) I honestly cannot say enough good things about this this pharmacy. Everyone here I have dealt with has been courteous, respectful, understanding, kind, and treated me with dignity and compassion. I honestly would drive across the state to pick uo my prescriptions here , that’s how much I love these people. This is for everyone in the pharmacy department it’s just Kevin and Anna are the two who stood out the most to me as going above and beyond. Thank you for understanding that real life is almost never black and white. You guys are amazing. Keep it up, you’re deff in the right field !
Kevin - the pharmacist, is the absolute most wonderful pharmacist I have ever encountered in my life. I am on a medication that is HIGHLY stigmatized because it is most commonly used to treat a substance use disorder. I’ve been on it about 4 years so I have encountered many many pharmacists and other medical providers who treat me poorly, like I’m beneath them, for being on a medication that LEGITIMATELY saved my Life…. The pharmacist Kevin at the location at 5250 Clark road on August 15th 2024 at closing time was everything a pharmacist and person in general should be. He was kind, quick, and willing to go the extra mile for “someone like me”. His kindness and making sure my medication was filled (even though I was signing for it at 8:02 pm because of an error on my physicians behalf and they technically closed at 8) was nothing short of heart warming. Things like that don’t get done for people “like me” - if you know, you KNOW- I never saw even a hint of that “ughh ??” expression in his face lol . Honestly thought, he was very kind, respectful, efficient, just wonderful. Kevin is hands down, the most caring, respectful pharmacist I have ever encountered and this pharmacy should consider themselves lucky to have him on their team. He truly is an asset in my very strong opinion.

My husband and I have been loyal customers of CVS for over 40 years - first in Connecticut and now in Florida. The stores are always clean and pleasant, the staff cordial and helpful, the products available and the coupons exceptional! Always a good experience.

The best, most efficient pharmacy in Sarasota. I have had to move pharmacies because of issues five times, especially with elderly parents. They know my parents and always help. They are fantastic!
