My experience depends on who is the cashier. When it is a young boy who appears college-aged and kinda long hair, I have a five star experience. He is an awesome helpful guy who is also very nice. On the other hand, the short haired middle aged lady, she is kind of rude with attitude. The credit card machine was lagging and she treated it like it was my fault. When she is the one working it makes me want to use the self checkout.

This Is one of the busiest C.V.S. stores but in spite the work demand they are always very professional and attentive to the customer regardless of what ever negatives are sent there way I give the pharmacy a 5 for five-star .

Favorite CVS Pharmacy in the area! The pharmacist and their assistants here are so kind and give excellent care to each customer, even when working in a stressful environment! I was so impressed when the pharmacist remembered me and my medical situation after being in there with only one time, and it’s the little things that make this place great ✨ Thank you guys for taking such great care us!

I called this CVS pharmacy to transfer some prescriptions. I wish that I could provide insight into the staffs' courtesy, punctuality, and professionalism. Unfortunately, I cannot do so because no one answered my call even though I waited on hold for forty-five (45) minutes. I made a second telephone call but again received no answer. In the end, I contacted another local pharmacy that answered my telephone call immediately and readily assisted me.

Why is no star not an option? Worst pharmacy I’ve ever dealt with. These incompetent individuals make something as simple as refilling a prescription or picking up the phone a total and absolute nightmare. They always have an attitude and you’re dealing with peoples medication, poorly. Anyone responsible for this terrible service should be fired and have their pharmacist (counting certificate) revoked

*** WORSE PHARMACISTS IN TOWN .DO NOT HAVE PRESCRIPTIONS FILLED HERE. I made a mistake of having a prescription sent to this location. Ive been calling for 2 days about 6 -7 times a day to ask a question before i pick it up. On the second try of secomd day i called up to the front where someone immediatley picked uo. They transferred me where i sat ringing for 5 min b4 hanging up. I called front again and asked then to put me on thru agaim BUT this time announce to pharmacy that i was on the phone via intercom.the fromt worker said tgat hes done that before and they still didnt pivmck it up and that they reprimansed him for doing it. Shtty Pharmacy they should ahut whole place down

Transfer from other pharmacy was handled well. But trying to reach the Pharmacy Department by phone is a LONG WAIT. The recent temporary (?) change has been a positive one so far. However, there's been a history of SO MANY ISSUES OF DISCRIMINATION DIRECTED AT ME. Staff has given me incorrect information about my prescriptions, pharmacists & staff have neglected to run covered prescriptions through my insurance, lied & charged me several times. I've had to take A LOT of time trying to get their deliberate "mistakes" fixed & once properly addressed through my insurance and/or CVS Corporate/Complaint Dept., have confirmed that they improperly handled my prescriptions. Even the Pharmacy Manager himself has been a part of this.NONE OF THESE PEOPLE HAVE THE RIGHT TO TREAT A VERY SICK, VULNERABLE PATIENT LIKE MYSELF LIKE THIS! I'm not going away until they stop being Nazis & holding my important prescriptions hostage - especially after having to go to the ER 3 times!The front store department employees have been a big improvement. Jeanette (cashier) is very pleasant. During one of my first visits while moving into the area, an EMPLOYEE FOLLOWED ME, LOUDLY THREATENED TO CALL THE POLICE IN FRONT OF A BUNCH OF CUSTOMERS (even though I didn’t do anything illegal)! But since then, we've "made peace" & they've been good to me.I really, really miss my "home" pharmacy in North Venice. No other pharmacy can compare to it!

WORST CVS I EVER BEEN, THEY WILL GET INTO YOUR NERVES JUST BY CALLING THEM. If they dont have the medication, they dont tell you nothing. They are like robot parrots talking like they know everything without listening EXPERIENCED PATIENTS/customers...??

I went to get a flu shot today. It was 5:20 PM, Saturday 1/21/23. The sign in front of the pharmacy says, "get your flu shot today" "free with most insurances" "No Appointment Necessary". The clerk at the pharmacy advised me "you really need an appointment" and "we literally close in 3 minutes and we just can't do it". The pharmacist stood there and listened to this conversation and said nothing. There was one other person there waiting for a prescription. I told her that they should change their sign and left. By the way there is also a sign in front of the store on the street saying to come in and get your flu shot. When I got back to my car I looked up the hours for the pharmacy online and they actually close at 6:00 PM on Saturdays, not 5:23 PM.Absolutely sickening that she outright lied to me and the pharmacist heard her and said nothing. Just unbelievable to me how these people can keep their jobs, but reading through the other reviews it seems like their corporate office should also read through these reviews and do something about the place.

I know that many people give bad reviews because of long lines but this is not due to laziness or lack of efficiency on the staff's behalf rather it is due to the corporate greed that refuses to pay for more employees. I shop there all of the time and have never been treated with anything other than kindness and respect. In fact the staff goes out of their way to be polite.The store is always clean and the staff is always working but will stop to assist a customer. They will even make recommendations. They also remember repeat customers and previous conversations and will engage without holding up the line. I have nothing but good things to say about this CVS.
