BLACK TAR COATED SHOES. So they decided to fix up their parking lot by repaving and there are no signs of caution anywhere. You have wet pavement, now theres black tar all over my shoes and car. Thanks for the pricey mistake CVS, do better.

It was rated 1 star due to the bad behavior of a cashier clerk who apparently has some problem with people who speak Spanish. On two occasions I have noticed his lack of patience with Latin people.

The new woman pharmacist is excellent. She is patient, knowledgable and accomodating if I have any issues with my medications. She is a big win for CVS

I have been a customer of this pharmacy for almost 20 years and I am not going anywhere else. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly and they always do their best to help. My husband and I get our vaccines here and we have never been made to wait. It may help that we treat them like they are human beings and not like they are sub-human. The way some people speak to them is just wrong.
As for the phone message service, I am not loving it but I do see how it helps them to concentrate on the customers in front of them and helps to get the prescriptions dealt with without interruptions. They do call me within 2 to 3 hours and I am fine with that. I have dealt with many different pharmacies over the years and this one has been the best one overall.

This is freaking ridiculous..now it’s not a wait when you call the pharmacy. Now it’s a voicemail and they will call you within “COUPLE HRS” PLAIN RIDICULOUS.

The new phone system is horrible? You can't even talk to a pharmacist. You have to leave a message and wait for them to have the time to call you back.

This CVS is awful when it comes to filling prescriptions. They either don't have the product, tell you it will be in on a certain date and when you go to pick it up, oh my, it will be in in a week. Ridiculous!!! Will never do business with Bee Ridge CVS again

I don't like to give opinions but in this case, I had an employee who treated me very badly, and he didn't want to cancel the self checkout order, which couldn't be done, he told me and I felt very bad since I put myself in the place of a older person, treat her like that and that is not good, Sean is her name, what bad customer service you offered ???, in order not to serve me, I go to a very nice and kind lady, her name is Nancy
