The pharmacy staff have improved measurably around the same time CVS pharmacists gained a significant raise. Right now the staff are polite and easily available. 1/3/2025

The CVS located within Target (Fruitville) in Sarasota is a tremendous pharmacy. The staff is outstanding. Knowledgeable, eager to provide any information you need and always ready to help you find the best price.

It’s a tiny CVS pharmacy inside of a small Target. Get your tampons and get out. Expect to wait in line to check out(full service or self)

I have no problem with the Pharmacy itself. They've filled my prescriptions without giving me a bad attitude. But stay away from shopping there. I had the WORST experience trying to return a few items with the receipt with the somewhat young, blond, pudgy cashier & her dark-haired, also pudgy male sidekick who don't wear name tags. Unbelievably, they claimed they're the Store Manager when he's not there when I asked to speak to him. They were horribly rude & unprofessional, threatening to call the police when I went to the pharmacy to ask about the store manager. These two have no place working with the public. They're an embarrassment to the store with their unacceptable behavior. They really belong in a fast food place, only permitted to flipping burgers & staying away from people, especially customers!

Great customer service!!Chris the Pharmacist is amazing. I thought I had another bottle of my Rx, but it was empty. He quickly filled my script even though he was by himself.(Pharmacy should have more staff, like a tech, to help out. I understand budgets and cut backs, but there needs to be a balance. CVS is lucky to have such a caring and dedicating Pharmacist like Chris.)

Chris and Colleen are both extremely helpful. Once, when I had a prescription my insurance would not cover, one of them suggested an alternative way of obtaining it. Instead of $88, I wound up paying only $11.
