My visit was excellent. The cashier helped me not only find my items but how to access my flex spending account was very patient knew where everything was at and even got me to sign up for the CVS card. Finally, this girl should be a manager. I wish I could remember her name.

I visited our local CVS in Sarasota, Florida on South Beneva Ave today. A gentleman greeted me at the door with a smile and asked me if I need any help with anything which at the time I did not. I went to the pharmacy looking to delay a pickup of meds for a week and was told "of course, we will take care of it James", with a smile of course). I then was looking for band aids. An employee approached me, walked me to where the band aids are, showed me the best band aid (fingertip) for my injury, also showing me the picture on the back of band aid box that showed the exact size of the band aid. She then informed me that these were free under my OTC benefits while showing me what the blue OTC label was for. The gentleman that greeted me when I came in was now behind the register and we had a few laughs about our days in the service. Great experience.

Great prices and super friendly and helpful staff including the wonderful pharmacy dept. One gentleman in particular always asks “how can I help you” as you enter even though I have witnessed a few difficult customers they deal with in a professional manner!

I understood that if the pharmacy is busy & can't pick up the phone instead of hanging up they should have a recording& ask for your # so they can call you back!
