Everyone at the CVS works to make it a good experience - both in the pharmacy and at the registers. If someone is close to the front, I am always greeted. The pharmacy is busy but always acknowledges that I am there. And the pharmacists are helpful and knowledgeable!

Pharmacist name Shawn or Shawna maybe? Her badge was sort of covered by her sweater. She was very odd and did not see right for some reason. Never seen her there before since I’ve been coming to this location for about 13 years now. We picked up a prescription through a drive thru and Shawn or maybe Shawna was talking to us through the phone only and not by the window where usually pharmacist would come up and speak through their phone asking for infos such as date of birth, for what prescriptions are being picked up. Normally whenever I pick up prescriptions through the drive thru, the pharmacist are very pleasant and very professional. Shawna did not definitely look professional and did not give a good costumer service. I wish I had recorded the whole conversation. She asked for my date of birth and kept asking if I said 7 or October, which didn’t even make sense. I said the year and she would then ask if I said July etc? It was just really weird as if she was on something. This went on back and forth for maybe 3 minutes. She then asked for my name and she said that there was no prescription under my name. And then I spelled my name again “A-R-C for Charlie” and then she said “A-R-T right? No prescriptions with those first three letter with the last name P——-. So again i repeated to make sure she gets the right spelling, then she finally got the right spelling after 3-4 times, then it did show I have prescriptions ready. She said that she was waiting for me to enunciate the spelling of my name and talking in a very condescending voice. At this point I was just in disbelief. I did call right after to speak to a supervisor and a manager. Whoever I spoke with that was a front store manager name Kevin, hung up after putting me on hold when I asked for the pharmacy branch supervisor or manager’s name and phone number I can call. Very unusual for this branch. Maybe all the good employees left and basically CVS just start hiring warm bodies who was never properly trained to work professionally. Well, I hope Shawn doesn’t encounter a customer who will not put up with her for being rude and suck soooo bad at her job.

This is BEST CVS in the area. Staff are very friendly & helpful. They got me hooked up to their coupon savings program. I have never saved so much at any store in all my 70 years and that's the truth. It's clean and very organized. Thank you!

Always fast courteous service. They can meet many needs whether it is a prescription to be filled, or beauty products, or snack foods or ccoughmedicone, you can find it at CVS. You can also buy your Valentine candy and gifts as well.

With one single person excepted, this one star rating is well deserved. Astonishingly poorly managed store. Will be moving elsewhere very soon.

Pharmacist on duty today was really rude. Not the first time! Planning to move to a new pharmacy. Suggestion: if you don’t like dealing with the public then find a job where you can sit in a back room. You aren’t doing people a favor by filling prescriptions. It’s a service you provide to CUSTOMERS who have a choice on where they do business.

Everyone in the pharmacy department is busy looking at their computers. No one is serving people at their counter.
