I had the best experience with a pharmacy assistant at the Fruitville and honor CVS. She was so patient and kind it was amazing! She took the time to help me get signed up for rewards! She showed the epitome of patience! Looking to interact with her again! She just awesome!

I work for a provider and call pharmacy's regularly for med statues for patients. This place has the worst phone answering time ever. I can not stay on hold forever but on average 17 to thirty 30 min. On hold while writing this review, 15 min then they hung up.

I purchased a $100 gift card at CVS Pharmacy. The card had been tampered with and was unusable. I took the card back to the store and they refused to take it back or replace it. They said to call the number on the card, and basically washed their hands of the fraudulent sell. I called the number on the card and was on hold for 35 minutes, and no one ever answered. CVS sells me a defective product and does nothing to rectify it. Now I'm out $100! It is dishonest and quite frankly an act of theft. Buyers beware. CVS will NOT acknowledge that they take your money by selling you a faulty product, try in any way to ratify it, or value the customers they serve! Stay away!! I will never set foot in another CVS store again.
