I needed wrist support gloves. Several employee standing around talking to one another instead of engaging with and assisting customers. I asked two different associates for location and only pointed a general direction and blew me off. Finally an older gentleman who was an associate actually took the time to take me to where i needed.

Bought a pair of Air Force football cleats and they were so painful to wear for my son and only walked the house on carpet. Was denied a refund. They never even went outside onto grass at all. No practice. Manager Ashley said they look worn down. No. She just didn’t want to do it. They weren’t played in at all. Beware if you want to be able to return anything

Wow what an amazing experience with Nick. After the horrible customer service I received at the brade to dicks from Ari Nick completely turned things around. He needs to make more money! Or give him a bonus. He is worth his wieght in gold.

For the 2nd time I was rudely talked to and had a terrible experience with the older male sales associate with the grey long pony tail. 2nd time he’s talked to me in a rude fashion, and the first time was over a t shirt in their inventory that simply had a stain and his reply was “you are already receiving a sale on it???????” after I simply pointed it out. Telling my buddies to not shop at this store anymore, lost quite a bit customers :/

Bryan in the shoe section was super helpful, I have big feet for a girl and he helped me get a half size, 11.5! I can’t barely ever find an 11 so it helped a lot, along with his guidance on what shoes to get for college. Thank you

I purchased the protection plan and was told just to save the receipt if anything happened to the item. That is not the case. They will not honor it at the store.

I purchased the bicycle for my wife. She only rodee it three times and the front tire kept going flat. I brought the bicycle in to have the front tire repaired. when I came back to pick it up the tire was not correct. They worked on my bike again and we thought we had the problem corrected. I returned home in 2 days later found the bicycle with a flat tire again without even being ridden. I contacted the store and spoke with paul. He told me to bring the bike back in and he would take care of it. I returned to the bike to the store and they replaced it with a brand new one. They also refunded my money for the repairs to the old bike. Kudos to Dick's sporting goods for having top-notch management like Paul and his crew. That is what customer service is all about!

Terrible customer service. Doesn’t appear to be any standards to be hired to work at this store or to be a manager. One employee was wearing a hoodie that said “shhh no one cares.” Classy. Was in town for a rowing competition and needed last minute items. Terrible impression made by all at this store.

I like this store, but I feel it tries to diversify too much. It has a little bit of everything, but not a large inventory of anything. If you need something basic, they may have it, but if you want anytime on a higher level above beginner, you'll need to order it or shop elsewhere. The staff had always been helpful.
