Today, I had the most pleasant and extremely appreciated help of Ms. Deyanira Maeshri. I had been attempting to make changes to my current policy for a few months to no avail by phone as well as in person. Today I went in to the 6123 S. Tamiami Trl site, in Sarasota to try and get this information updated/changed. Ms. Maeshri experienced the same issues with the computer logging her out as the other adjusters had on my previous attempts. However, she went above and beyond to rectify the problem and take care of what I needed. She was extremely professional, courteous and even apologetic that I had to wait. I was very appreciative of her efforts and execution! She deserves recognition ? Thank you again!

I called these clowns and they were DOUBLE everyone else for the exact same coverage. I consider them to be dishonest and a rip-off IMO.
