Praise God I got a cheaper rate than I had with Liberty mutual whom I've been a customer with for 14 years and they still wouldn't give me a break so I switched to progressive 🤷🏽♀️

Had insurance with Direct for 3 years. This years renewal went up 10 bucks per month. No tickets. No claims. Lois decided he needed 10 more dollars in his pocket every month so I canceled and found insurance for half the price. Easy decision and Lois needs better training...

And my honest opinion I think I'll pay him way too much for the vehicle that I have especially when I have a good record and my car is an older car and I think I'm paying way too much car insurance for that vehicle and it seem like other places has offered me better offers and lower payments versus the insurance that I have right now
