It’s so frustrating to go in that store.
Unopened Boxes in the aisles, long cashier lines. Long wait to check out.
Nice staff and nice Mgr. But hey, if you want to sell stuff it needs to be out of the box and on the shelves. During Halloween I waited 2 weeks for the unboxing. I went there daily because I needed decorations. I finally gave up and went elsewhere.
Maybe Corporate doesn’t staff this store, maybe they are trying to save money on payroll I’m not sure. Doesn’t make sense to me.
I’ve been in retail management, this is not how I ran my stores. When I had deliveries, I put everything out by the next day. If it was too much work for one person, I hired someone. That’s just good business.
If I drive a few miles south to the Osprey Dollar Tree, the store is organized, visually pleasing, easy to find things. No boxes in the aisles and Happy people greeting you as you walk in. Complete 360 from the South Sarasota store.

Poorly stocked on common items such as extension cords and phone chargers.
Everything else was fine.

I always enjoy shopping there. Sometimes the line is long but they do their best to open a new register. I love the arts and crafts section and if I need a loaf of fresh bread I can depend on dollar tree.

I've been to a number of the Dollar Trees in the area and can confidently say this one is the cleanest and most organized. Cashiers are nice. In looking at previous reviews I think that the previous manager must have recently been replaced.

The store manager let's 1 worker just drown and try to handle a dozen people making the wait rise.
Not humble. I asked for a stapler to secure a few balloons and each time there's this NASTY look. 'Connie' GO HOME, I don't need that each visit

The older male that works at this store is highly unprofessional and rude. He told me I can't be on the phone while I'm I'm the store. Horrible service. I will never shop there again. Maybe he is too old to work. I was talking to a 70 yr old while I was shopping. I definitely do not recommend this place! I advised the manager of the situation and now I will take this to upper management. Never tell a client spending lots of money they cannot be on the phone as they shop.

Nicely stocked up nice empolyes, especially Candy I asked where was the cleaning supplies and she helped me get there and cashed me out quickly will come again

I stopped at this Dollar Tree next to Big Lots and was totally disgusted. It was filthy. Shelves were a total mess. Cardboard broken and unopened boxes all over the place. I will never go back to this particular store. Staff was rude. Terrible !!!

Piss Poor Management. One cashier, 14 people in lime. Manager behind the glass on phone carrying on a conversation about her latest grocery visit, spent $28, didn't get much. People walking in, seeing the line, walking out. Just wow! Pay attention to your surroundings and your clientele.
